Nr beach, airport. Lovely room

The room and bathroom needed a good cleaning. The balcony was dirty and rusty. Same with the shower head, door, etc. It would be a very good idea to replace the old furniture.

The room had a lovely view of the sea, islands, beach, boats, street, etc. Both the room and bathroom were a great size. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The restaurant setting was excellent.

Food was very good, cleaning of room was excellent as was the departure rooms made available to use. Male member whilst we were there was very helpful. Rooms and hotel in general look a bit tired and in need of refurbishment.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, some people bypassing the queue whilst on a couple of mornings staff member who greeted us was interested as to whether we wanted to sit at inside or outside ( beside pool )... the queue was quite sizeable and sitting outside there were so many tables free...Breakfast Manager needs to become more efficient at scanning where tables are free and impact of giving people a choice.

A bit noisy in the early evening until about 9.30 but we needed sleep so went to bed early. I think the noise came from the atrium area. Fortunately band ended early

View ok for a 1st floor garden view. Over looked arrivals entrance so not much garden but a glimpse of ocean

Prob just a small wait for the lifts but not an issue as it’s a huge building! Not really anything I didn’t like staff were very attentive

The lifts were annoying seemed that not all were working. Had to carry my luggage down stairwell from the third floor because the lifts that were working were completely full every time.

No negatives at all!

Great location and facilities near the beach. The arrivals and departures facilities were particularly useful for us. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The fact that transfers to and from the airport were provided was also great. The beds were big and very comfortable as well.

Food was terrible, especially for the price charged. Breakfast was good. Best day/night food we had was from the bakery and the pizza place. Unable to get in for dinner anywhere needed to book well in advance even for hotel restaurant?? Would have been good to know as we have to young children and had to book 7.30-8pm dinners which is past their bed time. Book dinners in advance if you're coming here!

A little dated but clean.

The room was very large, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for families with pools within walking distance, including for little legs.

The room itself could do with an update. The lounging furniture looked old & quite shoddy. We would have expected a much higher quality of furnishings for the price we paid.

The sea view from our hotel room was spectacular. The room itself was very spacious. The hotel's shuttle service from the airport & to the ferry & also around the island was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was very impressive.

Great location in the resort area on the Island. Laid out in a fairly traditional hotel room style but so much bigger. Very spacious spacious room with a great view over the beach and Whitsunday Passage and other islands.

Reading lights didn't work. Air conditioner didn't work. It took 3 calls visits from technicians before it worked and then it made noises that kept us awake at night.

Light broke and they left huge extension cord with new light in the room for our stay. Housekeeping was very early in the morning.
