AustraliaA little disappointed we couldn’t get a buggy due to them being booked out. Feel like we missed seeing the rest of the island. Really think there should be a tap on/tap off system for buggy’s as we only wanted one for a few hours.
Love the location… beautiful view and easy to walk around. Loved the access to multiple pools and facilities on the beach

Australiawe weren’t told about the $270 credit we had on our room due to renovation noises and only found out about it from a friend on the last night of our stay. no one told us during check in, I checked my emails and junk mails and never received anything. so kind of dissapointed we didn’t get to spend it as we wished. and had to spend it in a few hours on the last morning before check out. food is very average and pricey
rooms were very spacious and comfortable, nice big tv, 2 comfy beds, balcony, even though we were on level 1 it was a good view.

AustraliaProperty was very dated. Bathrooms had mold and missing grout. Balcony tiles were dirty. The size was good and the view. But it was very disappointing considering the money paid. Breakfast was the worst buffet we’ve had. Only went one morning of the five we were there. I’m sure there are far better accommodation options on Hamilton. This place lacked any personality and clearly just churn through the guests without any attention to detail.

Cant recommend enough - great value for money - obviously amazing location - really friendly and helpful staff. Buffet brekkie was fabulous, great that can use snorkels, SUPs etc at no cost. Airport pick ups were seamless both sides. Rooms are a little dated but perfectly functional and comfortable (hotel is in the process of a major revamp so lower floors are already updated)

United KingdomThe rooms are very dated and basic, and the photos of the rooms do not reflect the reality. It might be that some rooms have been renovated, but the rest are desperate for an upgrade. Whilst it was relatively clean, a deep clean of the bathroom incl plugs and grout is desperately needed.

It was so well situated for everything and the views from the room were amazing. Everyone was so helpful when our onward plans were disrupted by a cyclone. Whatever you want, they will try to arrange. So many swimming pools and bars. Great to have free water sports available (kayak, paddleboard, catamaran sailing Breakfast was spectacular. Truly a paradise!
