Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaVery disappointed with being charged $20.40 for the hire of pool towels after I left. I was not told there would be a fee when I collected them . The towels were all returned in good order so I understand a hire fee but I would of expected a full refund once they were returned. I don't appreciate the way they did it without any communication. I feel it was very sneaky and unprofessional. It was only.after I sent them an email did they explain the charge on my bank statement and an invoice was generated.

AustraliaThe dirty dishes in the cupboard left by a previous guest, the grease I got on my hands when I pulled out the fan over the hot plates, the layer of dust above the oven and the dirty wall at the side of the oven. There was also a hair on the dish rack.
Location. A six minute walk to Tweed Mall which has the three major supermarkets, and the beach and walks are just across the road.

AustraliaNeeded some maintenance. Squeaky shower door, insinkerator didn’t work. Apartment on another floor was having renos done, only supposed to use the jackhammer for a few days but it was the whole week, but what can you do?
Proximity was great for everything we needed, oh and the view was fabulous. Whales, dolphins and a seal! Remember to take the binoculars.

AustraliaPaid extra for a higher floor due to reported traffic noise on lower floors. We were allotted an apartment on the 8th floor which still had a lot of traffic noise. Swimming pool water was cold.
Location was great. Many restaurants nearby and a short walk to Twin Towns, Surf clubs, supermarkets and snapper rocks. Our 2 bedroom 8th floor room had fabulous ocean views. Clean, tastefully decorated with everything we needed for our 5 night stay.

AustraliaOnly things we didn't like was the poor cleaning of the apartment. Pillow case on the bed in bedroom 2 had quite a few hairs on it. Obviously not changed from the previous guest. Border of dust about half a cm wide around the edge of the walls in the main bedroom. I first thought it was some kind of edging on the carpet so rubbed my finger on it to see, and discovered it was a thick strip of dust.
Location was great, staff very friendly, apartment good sized and excellent views.

Easy location opposite surf beach, short walk to shops and plenty of restaurants nearby. The 4 bedroom apartment is enormous with two large balconies.
