i can only say the carpet needs to be updated. There is water stains. My only complaint

we loved the position, loved the unit as it had heaps of room, great views and great verandahs. The kitchen was stocked well with appliances and little extras. We have booked to come again next year, thank you for a great time. Ps the Weather was amazing for June, we swam in the pool, spa and the ocean :)

There wasn't enough ammenties for the entire stay - like soap for the dishes and for the washing machine. Not even shampoo and conditioner. We had to rent the beach towels as well. I believe this kind of amenties should've been provided. There was not even fresh water in the fridge for the arrival date.

The view , the location and the accomodation itself were exceptionals! The staff was friendly.

Not enough toilet paper. When they run out, they have to buy at the reception.

Funtastic 180 degree view! It was breath taking. Great location. They provided the beach cavana, which was so handy!

We got a beachview apartment and it was beautiful. We were there for the Beach 5s and only walked 100m to the beach! It was so so convenient to everything around us didn't need to use our car. We could walk everywhere. I'll definitely be booking there again in future no doubt :):)

The room could use a good deep clean and spruce up for the price range we're in. Dirty windows, and bits and pieces of maintenance - I noticed the shower head in the ensuite was cracked and leaking. One of the television remotes was held together with tape.

well I slipped on the very slippery balcony, and have 3 fractures in my ankle, have been operated on on Thursday. can’t do anything for 6 weeks then recovery another at least 8 weeks. Very disappointed in reflections, my husband told them next morning while I was still in hospital, but no response except to say here is the email to send to as to what happened, did that last Monday as I didn’t want it to happen to anyone else, but no response back whatsoever, I find this very upsetting, no duty of care at all, so that is why the rating, I hope I hear something soon.

the mattress was way too soft and gave me a sore back.

great location right across from the beach, 25m length swimming pool for training, apartment had great layout and good kitchen supplies (even sealed containers for packing food on day trips). pool table was great for the teenage kids.

The view is amazing sitting out on the balcony looking out to the Gold Coast, beautiful. The location is so good you can park your car and walk everywhere. Will be back thats for sure.
