The rooms had a smell which is due to the old carpet. I had to buy some air diffuser sticks. Couldn't find the bath plug, it was out under the kitchen sink. Not fun having to look for one when going to enjoy a relaxing bath.

A bit tired in bathrooms and furniture. Only 2 lifts for a big building so a bit of a wait at peak times. Aircon stopped working

Check in process, my son went to check in - because he arrived earlier than me - and the booking wasn't in his name. However, booking.com went above and beyond to help me out - I was hours away - and they took a few details and let him check in before i arrived. It was just a bit time consuming - whilst trying to drive, i had to stop to organise this.

Location is perfect! Shops - plenty of choice downstairs and a short walk to so much choice. The view - perfect. Loved it. Happy to pay for the view.

The road noise.

The apartment was good however the noise from the street was awful. First night was drunken aggressive behavior yelling profanities and the 2nd night was a gang of youths effing and geffing half the night not to mention the Harley’s and hot rods. I probably would stay here again it’s not very relaxing but the apartment itself was good.

The master bedroom toilet exhaust fan didn't work. The dishes and cutleries in the cupboard are not clean. Balcony, all the chairs have built mould and dust.

Best Location. Restaurants and groceries are all around. The beachfront and the beach are good for playing with kids. Good apartment.

Just one issue, the water dispenser part of the fridge was broken, no sign on it, so I filled it with water and it leaked all over the floor. Might be a good idea to fix that!! Thanks :-)

Items in kitchen, such as frypans and toaster are old and dirty, and need replacing. A couple of coffee cups were. Cracked and leaked. The drains smelled. Also we did not like the "antics" in the car park, which we overlooked, of the "what looked like" free campers, on drugs and spaced out, making a nuisance of themselves and annoying pedestrians and the public in general as they walked by.

Dreadful check in process. I called days before check in as I had not received any further information. They said I would get late check in information on the day. All good with that. The morning of check in I received a text to let them know if I was going to check in late. It was the morning of my wedding and I was getting ready so I contacted the reception. I was told everything was all good and I just had to give them my email. Hours later I get a call from them telling me I had to give them my credit card details to ensure I wasn't a scammer because I had booked through a third party site. By now I was having wedding photos taken with all our guests. I told the woman I was in the middle of my wedding and couldn't get my credit card at the moment. She made out it was my problem and rushed me to sort it out before they closed in just over an hour. I then had to stressfully rush around and leave the guests and bride to go find my wallet. Horrible check in experience.
