On arrival the owner didnt answer the phone number given to me by booking.com and themselves. The power was turned off while myself and others were staying there, as the owner was renovating. They ran out of toilet paper. There was mould on the shower ceiling.

There wasn't much to like about this place.

I thought the bathroom and toilet could have been kept cleaner and more well presented, I had the same opinion of my room.also. just needs a little extra touches to make pleasant.

The hosts were really nice people, there was a bit of a language barrier. But they were very lovely.

There is nothing as we expect from the service. No one meet us at the spot. We feel very bad 👎 experience from this property, no room cleaning ,no toilet cleaning dust is everywhere.

I thought I'd give it a try but found it unliveable. I wish I had read reviews beforehand. I arrived on the property and found a dusty neglected place, with no instructions as to where to get a room key. I finally found it in a room after creeping around what looked like an abandoned crackhouse. Went for a wee, and was punched in the face by the stench of urine. It was as if someone pissed all over the floor and they left it there for weeks. I went to wash my hands and was greeted with a grimy shower with a anti-slip tile blackened from what I would presume to be mould... Okay... that was fine, I've experienced worse... So I went to check out my room, and was gutted that the sheets weren't even clean and my nostrils were full of dust. My door was closed, but I could still smell the intense smell of urine. On top of all this, I did not feel safe... (doors weren't secure) The pictures are worlds apart from the property's current state. Add a blanket of dust and a lengthy time of neglect/wear and tear to everything in the pictures and it'll be more accurate... or less misleading I was fortunate enough to have a friend save me from this situation and offer me a place to stay for the night.

I liked that this experience gave me a great life lesson. I liked that the owner gave me a warning before I got there. A little foreshadowing for what's to come totally excuses the misleading condition of the place... (Please see the message I was sent which is attached).

Everything. the place was basically an open house, no reception or staff on site. it was very dirty, the kitchen was unusable, couldnt even find cuttlery. the room was disgusting, dust balls everywhere, smelly carpets, blood stains on sheets and floor, the window in my room was broken, it was freezing all night. i would never stay there again, a pisstake to be honest. not worth a single dollar

Everything, we did not stay, the property should be demolished, broken windows glass on the ground. collapsing ceiling covered by a tarp. Full bowl of Cigarette butts. And we were told there was only 1 room available when we book 2. A bit late when you are standing out the front with 3 small children after flying and some driving from Brisbane. I also thought asking to upload ID to the owners so that they didn’t let druggies stay was a bit much. Broken pavers outside with sharp bits not good for children. I thought booking.com would have some standards that they let out.

I was shocked by hiw dirty this place was. It was unsanitary and the sheets on my bed had not been changed. I could not even sleep in the bed as the sheets were filthy. I know this place was cheap but I expect clean sheets and pillowcases. There were no staff to assist. The bathroom was filthy and had moldy cloths on the vanity. Even though this place is cheap I do not recommend.

very unclean .. difficult to access to the room toilet and bathroom were very bad .. some worn clothes were lying in the bathroom which was already a tiny one didn’t use the bathroom either

Firstly, the place is horrifically dirty. It meets no guidelines, there are no smoke alarms, the bathroom has mould, the kitchen stove is pure filth. The bedroom was not vacuumed, toe nails on the carpet, the walls splatter of all types of mess. This place should not be allowed to house people
