We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

fantastic hosts, never intruded but always available. enjoyed the morning chats at breakfast, very friendly and the food was fresh and filling, great way to start the day. beautiful property, great setting, a home away from home if there is a room available, book now. you won’t be disappointed

The location was great overlooking the Blackwood River. The Host met us on arrival and gave us information for our stay. The B&B was quiet with lovely sounds of birds. Breakfast was delicious and overall and a top place to spend time in the country.

Beautiful surroundings and great hosts. From the moment we arrived we fell in love with the place. The rooms have a cute balcony overlooking the river. Kate and Rick are very nice hosts and persons. They go an extra mile to please the guests. You can feel that they like what they are doing. It looks natural and balanced the way they interact with guests. A beautiful karma that it is not easy to find in commercial places. We have booked our next stay!

Rickaty on Blackwood is in a beautiful location, just a short drive (or even a riverside walk) out of town, set within gorgeous gardens overlooking the Blackwood River. The room was very comfortable, and Rick and Kate's breakfasts were amazing!

Australiait was worth the price but as a single pensioner I couldn’t afford to go there too often.
On the riverbank, little rabbits and birds. Close to town. Very pleasant, friendly and obliging hosts. Comfortable bed and fantastic shower. beautiful cooked breakfast kept me going until lunchtime.
