The balcony area was a bit grubby.

Location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere. Room was serviced daily and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything! easy key access at 1am, our 3Bed apartment has so beautiful. Beds were so big and comfortable. everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. roof top pool amazing my kids loved it EVERYDAY we watched the sunrise just beautiful. HOUSEKEEPING- the girls were lovely you definitely have great workers thanks so much.

Lack of contact with staff, and when ordering Uber, maps often direct people to the opposite side of the building than where the entrance/exit is.

Great central location! Close to everything you need, food and activities, not far from the main strip, but close enough not to be disrupted by noise or business. Most other locations of interest are only about 5minutes by car and roughly $10 with Uber, alternatively the city has electric scooters! The roof top pool was gorgeous and the temperature was great mid-May! hot and dry

The BBQ was never cleaned which made it unusable as no resources to clean it yourself, called twice regarding the bbq but still wasn’t cleaned. Services of rooms were done daily as stated and full service wasn’t done either as stated. For a property servicing 6 adults fridge was way to small and not cold enough our milk went off in 2 days being in the fridge. washing machine turned all our clothes grey. overall the maintenance of the property is poor. Shower screens not fully functional and blinds falling off or missing etc for you we paid expected better servicing of the rooms

If the bedroom window was doubled glazed, rather than louvre window - then sleep wouldn't have been as affected by other guests arriving late or departing early (doors were slammed).

Unit was serviced everyday, even on public holidays. Service staff was helpful and quick to respond to requests.

The staff are amazing. We loved the 2bdrm apartment was clean, well presented. The roof top pool and entertaining area is amazing is well maintained. We stayed with 2 young children md all had fun. Will definitely stay again

Excellent apartment. Everything was new and modern. Very spacious 2 bedroom. In the centre of everything but quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient. When I discovered that my toaster wasn't working, I was brought a new one within 5 minutes. Great horizon pool on the roof. I'd stay there again.

A great location in the CBD. An easy walk to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, the mall and the wharf. The apartment was very clean, with housekeeping checking in daily to replenish anything we required. The kitchen has everything you need if you are eating in. There is a balcony with a 6 seater outdoor setting. The pool area would be perfect for a bbq, with plenty of seating. The pool was very clean. Staff were friendly. We were able to leave our bags for the day while waiting for our flight, and had access to the pool.

Quiet location with one of the best roof top pool/bbq area that we have seen in all our travel. Apartment are only a 2 minute walk to the centre of Darwin. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

wifi didn’t work properly the first couple of days. the washing machine worked the first time but second time we couldn’t get door opened. we used it one more time and thankfully the door opened. Charlotte was very helpful and someone put my clothes on a clothes airer. I was very grateful for that.

it was easy to get about Darwin, very spacious. very clean.

The underground carpark. Unfortunately there was no warning as to how steep the ramps were and as our park was on the very bottom floor, it ended up scraping the bumper of our hire car which costed money to fix. If I had been informed beforehand would not have parked down there. Thankfully we were aloud to park at the top after we informed staff about it. Also slightly disappointed how noisy it was in the mornings
