There are some windows in the bedrooms which were not functional but ended up being a nuisance with light pollution at night. Bedroom one is next to the main entry hallway, which has a sensor operated bright light at night. Several times at night, that light would flick on and the block out blinds did not block out that light. So several times at night someone would flick on ‘your’ bedroom light. Bedroom 2 had little windows to the kitchen and living room. So if you don’t go to sleep together, either one has to sit in the dark in the living room, or the other has to sleep with the light on. (see photo) Since we were travelling with a small child, the bedroom situation was extremely unpleasant. He sleeps through the night without fail, but in the apartment he woke several times a night. There was no alternative to put his cot as it did not fit in the bathroom and the living room was located across een officebuilding that left lights on at night. Again, the blinds did not really remedy that light. The ‘servicing’ of the apartment was nothing more than changing out towels and adding some dishwasher tablets. No beds got made, nothing got cleaned, nothing got swept.

Very sterile feel to the apartment. Did not have a comfortable feel. Very basic. Weid window in apartment that light through and reflected in wardrobe doors. Room was noisy early morning with people throwing garbage in chute.

The rooms are not very well soundproofed. Every time someone on our floor would leave their room, or if the people above moved around, it sounded as though they were in our room

Very disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance until our last day there. This was the main criteria for choosing the property. Also, looked directly into another multi storey building - had to lean out over the balcony if you wanted to see the sky.

We were extremely disappointed that the pool was not usable and undergoing maintenance, when we had specifically booked this place because it had a pool. What was more so disappointing is that we weren't told about this prior to checking in and only once payment was made. We spoke to the receptionist at the desk and they advised us we could use another hotels pool, but when we enquired this was not the case. When we messaged through their app, they said they would get back to us and they never did.

The dishwasher didn’t work and on a number of occasions we called to have someone come to fix it they said someone was booked in and they never came over the period of week, we had to ask for a clothes airer. For health reasons I am required to cook my meals and the first night we arrived we couldn’t cook because there was no lighter for the stove so we had to go out at 9pm to buy our own and we weren’t reimbursed. I organised a late checkout in the week with someone for our last night as we had an overnight flight we came back to our room after dinner only to find out that we had been locked out of our room and had to sit in the foyer which is unsafe and unclean open to the public and there is no lighting whatsoever outside our foyer so it poses a danger. To make matters worse when I called to say we had been locked out when I had specifically requested a late checkout, the lady on the phone was hesitant to come in as she had to do the same earlier and lived 20 mins away, she was the girl I spoke to in the week and organised this with. The management here is not good enough and I’m not impressed - do better.

The property was in a good location for work. The apartment was roomy and well equipped.

The location was excellent and in a quite area. The apartment itself was very nice. Onsite parking was a bonus. The staff generally were pleasant and ready to assist with any issues.

BBQ was covered in fat upon arrival - staff did arrange for it to be cleaned. The knobs on the BBQ were broken - had to use a knife to turn it on. Our dishwasher didn't work - had to move rooms. Room initially wasn't cleaned as per schedule until we spoke with staff.

Sliding door onto balcony didn’t lock. Blinds in our room broken. Plug in bathroom not working. For such an expensive property these things should be fixed.

While it’s true that there is wifi, connecting doesn’t do much good. I couldn’t do the things I wanted to do because the connection was terrible. The staff tried to help by bringing a wifi booster, but it didn’t help. I had to go to the public library to have internet. The staff said they’re working on improving the wifi. That’s fine, but until it’s functioning properly they shouldn’t say they have wifi. I wouldn’t have stayed here if I’d know I couldn’t access the internet.

The kitchen is well stocked. The bed is comfortable. There is lots of space.

There were a number of cockcroaches. The beds were quite hard
