We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaStaff were friendly & helpful. Nice old building, well maintained. The pub/restaurant nicer than the accommodation which was basic but comfortable. Nice pool which we made good use of as it was very hot when we were there. Nice meals in the outdoor restaurant, the mist sprays very welcome to help keep it a bit cooler. No breakfast options, but nice cafes close by. Good location in the centre of town, close to restaurants etc. Not a good place to stay if you want a good night’s sleep though, it’s right under the flight path & aircraft noise is a problem.

We stayed there as attending a concert in the Swan Valley so location was perfect, loved the charm of the hotel and accommodation, food was great with plenty of gluten free options for me which was fantastic

AustraliaCould have been a couch or armchairs in the room. Highly dangerous step from the room onto the front patio (lawn area). Needs to have a step there. Trying to book was difficult. We wanted twin beds as there was an option for that. I tried to contact the Hotel directly for this re: through a message link however it was not answered at all. It appears that I may have seen this option for the Adelaide Hotel - instead of Perth.
There wasn't a breakfast option - although there were two cafes just across the road. Loved the meals and the staff at the Hotel and bar area. The cleaning/Housekeeping staff were very good.

AustraliaThe shower rose was a bit blocked, and the shower curtain was too close. But it's a minor detail compared to all of the good stuff.
Clean and comfortable rooms with parking right next to them. Beautiful buildings and the nicest beer garden. Lovely area with a rich history and lots of trees. Little cafes over the road with good breakfast menus. It's a lovely area to go for a stroll and browse through the shops that aren't too far away.
