The rooms were quite rough and well aged. I use a CPAP machine and the power points next to the bed had no power to them so I was unable to use my CPAP. Additionally, the restaurant wasn't open.

Location was good, conveniently in the centre of town.

Lacking in other cleanliness....needing a good clean to rid of lots of accumulated dust. Foot towel for bathroom floor was badly marked although rolled up as clean. Found a lipstick behind the bedside drawers, so couldn't have been moved when room changed. There was trouble between other guests fighting in car park. Sounded like for some that this was their home as opposed to a motel for travellers?

Room 18 was dirty, so dusty above bed, skirtings, inside cupboards and draws. Shelving behind door was soooo dusty Crockery draw filthy so I washed cups before I could use them. The floor was so dirty, I cleaned it myself ! The nice Renovation is wasted if it is not cleaned to maintain.

We stayed last week in the same room and the dirt that was behind the bathroom door, including cigarette butt, was still there this week. the draws were putrid and there was not spare toilet paper had to ask the next room. they advertise a pool and it is full of rubbish they said last week it was closed for cleaning but it has not been used in months hours on the reception door are not correct they close early and open late

Recently renovated with new floor and bathroom tiles looked great overall but the stained worn and badly painted rest ruined the over all vibe. Bathroom Door did not close meaning the constant dripping and flow of water from outside the bathroom echoed. Windows were dirty. Door had paint flakes and dust on it. Floor was so dirty my feet were black. There was no mattress protection on the two singles beds pushed together and mattress was stained.

Not far to walk to get food. Staff very polite.

I was told I had to park my car in front of another unit across from my room because someone was parked in front of my room. walls had dirty finger marks all over.them. plates and bowls in the cardboard were wet and had long hair on it. bed has a large dark mark on the mattress. little fridge moves all over the floor no internet and TV could not get internet big rubbish bin outside in carpark was overflowing with rubbish toilet sliding door has broken and chipped bottom corner has no security chain on the front door one room has a person talking to themselves and hitting their heads with their hands

As soon as we entered the reception, the place was filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned before including the space where the receptionist lived and all the linen was stored. Upon entering our room the curtains were stained, along with the bed linen and towels. The bathroom still had the previous guests hair stuck in the shower grate!! When going to the reception and asking for fresh towels we still received dirty towels and they did not offer to clean the bathroom let alone offer a partial refund and only gave me an apology. We also had to pay an extra $40 for our dog to say for “cleaning”, however the place looked like it had never been cleaned in its entire existence. Thoroughly disappointed with our stay as there should be a level of cleanliness in order for a “motel” to be operating. Would not recommend this place and would never stay here again.

Felt safe because seven police officers attended during our stay to deal with some of the permanent residents.

This room was dirty. we found numerous discarded packages and litter on the floors and under the beds. There were no mugs for coffee (despite coffee/tea making facilities being available) or glasses for water. Fire alarms had been removed. There were insufficient pillows for the beds and the beds looked as if someone had wrinkled them by laying on them. There was no internet connection and the cable tv only worked sporadically. This didn't seem like a safe place - lots of noisy people about and no security evident.

The bed linen was clean and of a good quality. The shower was hot and spacious. The motel was centrally located.

Didn't like that Im homeless with 4 children and he allowed us there after 6 nights after over pricing us than on the 7th day ready to book for another week he stated that the room was booked out when it was not even . Plus the staff were rude
