We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaIt’s dated and needs a refresh of the rooms. The bar closed at 9 at night and we would have liked to have a drink or 2 when we returned from our evening meal as we were a large family.
Easy to get to destinations on foot. Enjoyed walking along the esplanade to and from the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

AustraliaBeing a family of 4 with a teenager, had to share a bed with sibling. Would be nice if some rooms had a choice of queen bed & 2 single beds. Would also have been better if balcony was large enough for 2 chairs & table to sit out on & enjoy view.

AustraliaI felt the hotel was a bit 'tired'. The bathroom was old and had mould along the bath. The television, which claimed to be a 'smart tv' does not have closed captions, which is necessary for a member of my family.
The location was great. The staff at the front desk were excellent. Parking was easy.

Australia. Would have liked a separate shower rather than a shower over the bath. Also a kitchenette with crockery, cutlery and a microwave would have been good as well, but can't complain since I never requested these facilities . I also missed out on the $10 food and beverage voucher because I didn't read the smaller print and neglected to leave the door tag requesting this out.

Staff were amazing from the first ‘hello’. From having the restaurant and bar, pool and towels and scooters to get everywhere! Everything was always nice and clean with the option to save money for not using house keeping! Once you have the continental breakfast, take the kids across the road to the playground and water park!
