Separate swimming pools, clean rooms with loads of facilities

Requested a room with a nice view as it was my sons first holiday. Was placed in the worst room in the hotel. No utensils Broken power point switch in bathroom Very late room service which we had to decline for the day Did not restock fresh towels after first night

Bedroom lighting horrid!

Some staff were super helpful while others decidedly grumpy.vit would be good if there was a shower facility downstairs for late leavers who have already checked out. Location great. Bed comfortable. Plenty of towels and nice soaps Umbrella v helpful

Carpet in corridors on way from lift dirty with same small pieces of rubbish there everyday for my 5 day visit

Disappointed with the cleaning service on Sunday 9th march. Two pairs of shoes stolen from my bag on the floor and of course cleaner denies it but they were stolen. Bag still on floor with no shoes. Don’t expect to come on holiday and have my stuff stolen And things just thrown away in bags. Cleaner should NOT be touching peoples stuff.

The property is old but it’s clean and spacious and the location is excellent. Could not have asked for a better stay. Fantastic value for money too.

The rooms were a bit dated but were still very comfortable and clean, and the aircon/ fans were elite.

The staff at reception were super helpful and friendly.. The location was perfect to walk into town, then walk off some dinner after.

Very Old , Very Tired . I could have had an apartment just down the road (yes i checked dates ) that was super modern and had kitchen and living room and a balcony you could sit on for the same price ) All the fittings and fixtures including around the pool are broken , rusty and in need of urgent attention . The television was off the arc and not a smart tv . Had to pay $45 extra for parking when the car with full insurance was only $70! Position was good , but no better than any other resort on esplanade !

Beds and pillows were super comfy . Late checkout was provided . Staff very nice and super helpful !

Not a big thing but just the TV couldn’t connect to the WIFI so I couldn’t use that.

Room had no menues or towels on arrival, had to ring reception. Room was old , carpet smelt and outdated and loud at night. Ordered some cocktails from bar and they were different each time as different staff made them. Some better than others. Have stayed in other hotels fir similar price and had more organised/ relaxing experience.

Pool was nice to cool off in. Ocean views were great. Good location. Ordered the pizzas for dinner with kids and they were great.

The rooms were dated and expensive for what they were. The cleaning was a bit hit and miss and for a luxury resort some simple extras in the bathroom would have been good. Such as soap and shower cap etc. It was a bit lacking. A lick of paint and new carpets would drastically improve the hotel

The rooms were a good size. The beds were comfy. The pool was nice for the kids. I liked that there were laundry facilities.
