We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, no stairs from our car to our room and the same from our room to the restaurant dinner and breakfast . Our dinner and breakfast were both very enjoyable thanks Rydges Hobart.

AustraliaThe property is in a good location and has plenty of parking on site. We found the room a little unusual where the lounge area was of no real use as the bathroom was off the bedroom and the tv was in the bedroom. It was still a nice room. The shower screen had a reasonably wide gap either side of the door which allowed water to flow outside of the shower which made it wet and slippery. Overall it was a nice stay , the staff were very friendly-we would be happy to stay again

AustraliaThe location was great, the accommodation was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the fact that there are 3 free electric vehicle chargers in the spacious carpark! The only one thing for anyone wanting to stay here, to be aware of is, there are no lifts for those who might have difficulty climbing stairs. The manager kindly offered to carry our medium sized suitcase up to our room.
