the toilet kept jamming, so kept running water. Also we went to iron a shirt and it tripped the power in our room, the free buffet was very depressing, n hot food, and everything looked liked it had been sitting out for a while. We ended up paying for breakfast else where

It shouldn't have taken as long as it did to get dessert in their restaurant. The room refrigerator wasn't on when we arrived and the spoiled milk was starting to make the fridge smell bad. (We dumped the water from the defrosted freezer compartment and threw away all the tiny containers of milk.) Parking spots are a little narrow (though they are in a gated lot, which I consider a plus). The location is not near downtown, though some people might consider that a plus. There was no place to put a clean bath towel real close to the shower door, so I used a stiff, zipped-shut, insulated grocery bag as a "table" to put the folded towel on.

Everything was clean and comfortable, including the king bed. We had a microwave oven in our room even though I don't believe it was listed on our reservation. We were in a quiet location in the complex (away from the parking area). This is something we asked for under "special requests" and it was honored. We noticed that they had a guest laundry (though we didn't have time to use it).

Had to request housekeeping come on second morning after not being done the day before. There is only a continental breakfast available on weekends and although it had said breakfast included on the hotel listing the hot breakfast during the week is an additional charge (there was nothing mentioned or on display to state this). Accommodation is okay, nothing special and I wouldn't think it was 4 stars

We asked for a double espresso at breakfast and it was served as a full coffee in a mug! It was undrinkable. Also, the shower was not clean along the header tiles under the shower, the toilet made a weird mechanical noise when flushed (this was reported) and the kitchenette cupboard doors around the handles were dirty.

I stay here a lot - dryers didn’t work and went to reception 3 times about it after the dryer swallowed 10 dollars worth of my money told reception nothing was done about it didn’t get my money back shower had pubes and blue toothpaste on the walls and floor and spa bath let out grime when filled up

The breakfast on first day was only continental no buffet as no staff .The continental breakfast terrible hardly anything ,very un organised 2nd day went to breakfast not even open Had a leaking air-conditioner that kept me up ,carpet soaked from dripping water . Was given a towel to put down on carpet .
