Lovely place to stay comfy beds and clean room

We had to ask for a room change because we didn’t get the single beds that we asked for. The spa was dirty and there was hair on the shower wall. One staff member at reception was very unfriendly, although the rest were lovely. Our room was only serviced on one of the days during our stay.

The food was way over priced, breakfast I was told opened at 6am. I went for breakfast @ 620am and all they had out at that time was overcooked bacon and some packet cereal

The restaurant was very nice but a bit cold - needs some plants or wooden flooring - tiles were cold.

The beds was very comfortable and the linen very deluxe. The Chicken Parmies were yummy and the staff were so friendly. Very clean accommodation - thank you

1.Being a Mining town, i was there for work and had to leave early each day to get to site, would be good to have an option for early breakfast 2. I did have ants in my room on the first night on the sink 3. I gave up on running the bath after 30 minutes it was only 1/4 full, the bath tap pressure wasnt the best

Staff were very unhelpful and made no attempt to improve our stay. After phoning reception and being told that it was ok for a late checkout at 11am, we were rudely asked by a staff member who had given authorisation for such a thing. We were rather baffled (and amused?!) and would have asked for a confirmation code if we had known such scrutiny would be placed on us at checkout. Similarly, asking for room service 3 minutes after 8:30pm was not possible, just like asking the chef to prepare fresh food at breakfast (who was just standing around). The staff really didn’t want to do anything at all. Literally the most bare minimum service. 4.5 stars my arse. Bad location…expect a 30 minute walk to town. Pool may as well have not been there… Wouldn’t stay there again.

The size and quality of fittings in the room. Very large, nice bathroom and also great bedding. Hamburger was good from the room service.

The front of house staff ..very average No pillow menu..no extra blankets ..no bathroom robes.. No information in the room of the area..takeaways..taxi information etc A 30 minute walk to town

Property run down, for example curtains drooping from tracks. Room not serviced on one day. Breakfast food in the restaurant was cold, warmers not adequate to keep the food hot. Common provisions not regularly replenished.

The glasses and mugs were dirty. The curtains in the room where dirty. The shower was ditty’s and cleaner had been left in the bottom and I slipywhen I got in causing me to hurt my knee.

Room overlooked the street- No 2, noisy. Housekeeping started at 7 am- noisy! No bottled water in room. No mini bar. Not sure what was wrong with the showerhead but I had to really try to actually get wet! No in house dining on a Sunday night- had to go to Maccas I heard another guest complaining that breakfast was cold!

Check-in seamless. Room clean (but could do with a good paint job), comfy bed.

We have had cheaper rooms that have included some wrapped bickies or a chocolate the curtains were dirty & stained and we had no breaky menu, or non slip mats for the bathroom that said we're supplied for our safety we had to request this & the restaurant wasn't open we didn't think that it was worth $242 for the night

We liked that it was close to town, the bed was comfy

First of all turned up, check in took forever. I went to my room only to find it had not been made up. Dirty dishes, sheets, bathroom. Got a new room. No cups, no coffee.
