We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaAfter paying over $300 pn for the room, to be charged an additional $30 to park in an underground car park with very low clearance has mede me unlikely to return. The room's fridge was very small and filled with beverages and snacks at outrageously high prices. I would prefer it if hotels hotels didn't fill the fridges with their products.Otherwise.the hotel was very good.

AustraliaThe door to the room was really “heavy” and would often slam shut. The same for other doors on our floor too, the sound would travel down the hallway. Also, there is a bit of a trip hazard when stepping out onto the balcony, the door frame is a little higher and we both tripped on it when stepping out.
We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and it was lovely. Bed was comfy. Great views and location. Staff were friendly too.

Room was newly refurbished and superb - a water view would have been nice but the room was great.
