Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Restaurant/ bar and grill I find all the stuff in the food area was not friendly. Bar and grill left just walked out on me with 4 drinks like didn't even offer tray and I was the only customer there, would understand if he was busy but he wasn't. The lack of care puts me off. The buffet was overcapacity and couldn't really enjoy it. Food dissapear very quickly and can't hardly move. Staff were busy, and they forgot customer service and hygiene. There's one lady in the buffet. She's that busy she didn't even realise nor care that her hair was on my bacon and egg plate. Some staff are not the most friendly and look like they don't want to be there. I'm a bit disappointed but the rest was good.

Bed was very uncomfortable, room wasn't amazing for the price and the pool area had lots of mould on the ground.
Very overpriced for what you get. The facilities are great food kids but some equipment needs to be replaced. The blow-up slide has holes, and my son got scratched by the velcro the length of his arm. Slides are great but the area around the pool was very mouldy. The highlight was the lovely breakfast.

We could see some visible collection of dust on top of the mirrors just above the cofee counter in our room. So may be more thorough cleaning will be good. Rest everything was really great! We had come for our babymoon so was hoping if there could be some extra touch for the welcome. I have heardbl friends experience some special treatment with other hotels resorts for special occasions.
You can probably add some more vegetarian options to the breakfast menu.

Maintenance of certain aspects of the venue needs attending to. e.g. broken pool furniture in adult area.
The staff were all very helpful & friendly. Quite an amazing breakfast selection & very good service by all staff. Overall facilities provided made our stay very relaxing.

Villas are getting old. The Fridge is tiny, no coffee plunger, no washing facilities in the villas and the couch is the most uncomfortable couch l have ever had the pleasure of sitting on. For a $1k+ a night you could do better Rydges!
Villas are spacious but getting tatty and need a touch up for the price you pay. Kid's love the pool but it is BUSY.

The villas need renovations, the walls are not too clean and my villa had several spider webs.

Electronic check-in didn't explain where our room was. We asked a lady at the counter, and at first, she looked at us and then went back to the screen she was looking at before we approached the desk. She was dismissive and pointed towards a doorway and told us down there. We weren't impressed with our welcome to Rydges. We expected better for the price.
The room was clean and the cleaning staff was friendly.
