Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Centrally located and we chose for the fun pool play area - which our kid loved.

AustraliaHad problems with the TV on arrival so we were upgraded and given $50 credit for the inconvenience. Second room it happened again but the technician was able to fix the problem. TV still had issues on and off which was annoying for us with kids. Apparently other rooms had issues too. Room only had a kettle, no coffee machine. Just little details that we felt could be looked at to make the resort a bit more updated. The water park is great but felt it needs refurbishment and something on the floor so kids don't slip. My daughter fell numerous times and on the last fall cut her lip. It's quite dangerous even though we supervised and went on there with them. It's such a great activity for them but just if the hotel can review the safety of it.
Having stayed here before under Crowne Plaza we knew to expect a good standard. We were happy to see that breakfast was still really good and the in service dining options were too. Very family friendly with the water park and main pool being big and shallow for the kids. We love the ease of the resort in that it is close to all the local events (The huntervalley Gardens Christmas lights were beautiful). Could easily come and just stay at the resort with so much to do for the kids and with restaurants on site.

AustraliaMy villa 501 502… I booked a 2 bedroom villa. I got a 1 bedroom villa with a disabled toilet with a separate connected 2nd room via a very noisy heavy door… whilst it’s great having access to disabled facilities if you are disabled - our bathroom was a wet room that flooded when you had a shower in the disabled shower… The basin was small with a disabled tap so there was no room to spread out your toiletries just two tiny shelves …The living room was sterile…. No pictures on the walls you look at when you sit on the hard sofa … lots of roaches … at least 4 in 2 days …

AustraliaThat the pool closes at 7pm, and how the pool sign (haven pool) says open til 8pm, the TV says open til 9pm had to get confirmation from reception who said 7pm, you need to correct this confusion.

AustraliaRoom was good but our bath towels had yellow stains on them so that was not great. The balcony was also not clean at all. Didn't want to use the balcony at all which was a shame.
The water park is fantastic for families with kids. Hours of fun. The buffet breakfast was amazing also. Great food, great selection, great coffee and staff were friendly and accommodating. Beds were very comfy.

AustraliaWould love a poolside shower to rinse off before getting in and out. Pool bathroom door wouldn’t lock so I had to stand on the door while kids used the bathroom. The kettle in room didn’t work, toaster lever was missing so we had to press down on a small bit of metal to get it toasting. We are not fussy people so that didn’t bother us but the staff are so helpful so if you find yourself in that situation I’m sure they’ll be more than happy to help. Theres a lot of rooms and a lot of people working to make sure your stay is great so just ask.
We stayed in the East Village which is behind the pool area . It was accessible and made it easy to walk over to games room, restaurant and pool. The bathrooms had full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash and ample amount of soap and towels. I was very surprised and impressed with that! Most resorts have those teeny tiny plastic bottles that are one time use- these can be easily refilled reducing waste and giving the patrons ease of mind knowing they have enough for showering. They use the “Thank you” company for toiletries and that’s a big thumbs up from us. We stayed during super hot weather but there was enough space in our villa to just chill and with air conditioning and a tv in each room, everyone could just relax after a day at the pool. We were given tea towels, dishwasher tablets and liquid for hand washing, sponge and the plates and cups were all spotless clean.

AustraliaThe white towels in the room were stained. The complimentary tea/sugar/toilet paper were in short supply when we arrived and we attempted to call: reception, concierge, house keeping - noone answered the phone. We had to continuously walk over to the main building. We ate at the grill and the food was not overly impressive, overcooked, overpriced. Given this resort caters for families as well as singles, put more inviting menu items for children such as chicken nuggets, spaghetti! We tried to shop at the gift store and although it was advertised as 24 hours, we had to ask to have someone attend and they told us to hurry up as they were closing. The foyer to our villa was dirty and dusty. I didn't realise that the door pass got you into your room but you had to make sure you locked it again. I accidentally walked into room 842 so I'd say this guest was not aware of this either. You shouldn't need to get the Internet Passcode from Reception - it should be given on check in - Assume all clients need the Internet.
The hotel amenities were excellent as was the villa (841)

AustraliaI really did not like how I decided one morning I will take the kids and go to breakfast only to be told that they bump the prices up if you have not pre booked breakfast! We are on a holiday and don’t know when we will decide to have the buffet breakfast. This is the first time I have come across such a setup. Please review it!

AustraliaIt was hard to sleep with the noisy hum of a very loud air vents. It made no difference whether the air was turned on or off. It sounded like running water but the noise came from the air vent, day and night for the entire stay.
