There is not much that we could say that would fault this place. Only there is a restaurant attached inside, we highly don't recommend Redsalt restaurant. Food looks good as it is sourced locally, but the staff, serving hot dishes cold just ruins it.

Room was good, clean, nice amenities. People were polite, professional and very helpful. They were also very informative. We loved the breakfast buffet, highly recommend.

The lounge was quite firm and not especially comfortable. No spin bike or rowing machine in the gym. Minor complaint tbh

Loved the location of both the resort in general, and the villa we stayed in. Beds were super comfy. Facilities in the villa were great. Enjoyed a quick visit to the gym before check out.

There were long black hairs in the bathroom upon arrival, but otherwise, it was amazing.

Water park and pool/spa facilities were excellent for the kids, layout was spacious and the vibe was just fun over all.

Location is quite unique and it was our first experience in a resort of this style. Like the country spirit.

We booked 2 apartments. One 3 bed and one 2 bed. The 2 bed looked nothing like the photos on bookings.com but instead it was old and dark. They did however provide us with a better 2 bed apartment after some persuasion. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the system that breakfast staff had access to and the system that reception staff used. We were not allowed access to the restaurant for breakfast on our last day unless I paid for my child. My booking clearly stated 4 adults and 1 child with breakfast included. This was not enough to convince the staff member in question who insisted I pay for my child’s breakfast. I then had to sort it at reception afterwards. When I checked out they overcharged me by 200 dollars and were quite adamant that the bill was correct even after showing them my booking confirmation. After some investigation they told me the restaurant had made the error . The games/gambling room is not great. The resort would benefit from putting a bit of investment into the games room. Maybe adding some nice pool/snooker tables for teens/adults to use.

Kids pool area was beautiful. Kids had a great time regardless of the fact that it was winter! Apartments were spotless and well equiped with bathroom toiletries.

Claiming to be a bit more upperclass than it actually was. Could do with some detail to bathrooms and scuff marks everywhere in the room to be of the standard it thinks it is.

Mattress is too soft. I book a two bedroom villa, but not door stoppers. We would like to keep the room door open on daytime for kids to play.

not a lot to complain about... other than maybe the noise from the landscape staff early in the morning as they were driving up and down outside our apartment and working early as we were trying to sleep-in...

great buffet breakfast, lots of activities available including a really nice heated swimming pool, tennis courts, golf... convenient location. the bar and grill downstairs offer really nice pub meals and their own boutique beers. perfect for family.
