AustraliaThe beds were extremely comfortable but the rooms were dated and need a refresh. For the price we expected a little more. The lobby bar was a good alternative for dinner as our dinner experiences were all cancelled due to weather. Many staff were new and very inexperienced.

United KingdomDisappointed in the choice of restaurants. The main restaurant was a buffet and quite expensive. The bar had a good menu but finished at 5.30pm which was crazy. The only option then was walk to the square to eat where there was a takeaway shop and a pizza restaurant. Just felt for a hotel of this standard there should be another restaurant option that wasn’t $100 a head.

PolandWould be good to have some renovation - resort is in good conditions but you can tell is a bit old. For this price, we would expect a bit better conditions. Food in the swimmingpool restaurant and in the main restaurant is good, a bit pricy but what we did not like is the waiting time - almost 1h for burger and salad at the swimmimg pool and quite long time in the main restaurant with the mixed up bill in the end. Staff was friendly, helpful and tried to solve the problems asap.
Very good loction. Resort provides free of charge transfers and coach sp you can easily get to other parts of the resort. Staff is very friendly.

This is a cashless facility but you are expected to carry the accor card at all times even if charging to your room where the card is linked

Comfortable bed and great shower. Plenty of towels and toiletries too .Appreciated the milk in the fridge left for us. We enjoyed the buffet dinner in the hotel each evening which was exceptionally good. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Very comfortable beds. Convenient room design. Restaurants are available at the resort. The resort restaurant opens for breakfast early enough to undertake most activities in the area (but not for driving to Kings Canyon). Good outdoor restaurant for dinner as an alternative to the buffet dinner at the indoor restaurant.
