Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The cabin is comfortable and clean with all your amenities at hand. The views and tranquility - surrounded by vineyards, forest and the chirping of native birds. You can watch the stars ✨ whilst lying in bed! The staff are amazing and very attentive. The cabin has been well thought out providing everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We will definitely be back in 2025!

We loved the outlook & serenity, whilst being close enough to everything in the King Valley. The apartment is well presented & has a lovely cosy feel to it.

AustraliaDisappointing that the wall heater in the bedroom didn't work the first morning when it was 0 degrees. It came on during the morning and then operated ok because we didn't turn it off. Also the outdoor heater didn't work for the 3 days even though we complained and the staff said they would fix. Also a check on products supplied after being hired would be good. Some of the bottles of the bath supplies were empty and the dishwashing liquid almost finished when we arrived.
The area Sambar Hills was in. Remote, quiet and lovely views. The accomodation was comfortable with the features of the fireplace in the lounge room and the supplies of kitchen utensils, coffee machine, milk, breakfast cereals, bottle of wine all appreciated and gave a nice start to our 3 days and nights.
