Stunning beachside hotel. Due to lower occupancy in winter our room was upgraded and we were given early check in which was fantastic. Beautiful well appointed rooms. Restaurants, bars all within a 2 minute walk plus room service available.

Love the vibes of the hotel! if you are lucky, you will be visited by the quokkas too! The location is easily accessible to the ferry terminal, main bus stop and nearby cafes too (all within walking distance).

The bedside reading lights are only ON/OFF and very bright, we can't really use them without disturbing your partner sleep. The view from the room terrace, unless is facing the sea, is a bit ruined by overlooking the AC equipment above the restaurant building.

The room is very nice, the bathroom in particular is great, very modern and functional. We had room service and the food was very good, and cheaper of the equivalent we could have had from one of the village restaurants. We had a very relaxing time here.

Cost was high considering view

True luxury and comfort! Staff were very welcoming and went above the bar of assistance. Price was steep for a non ocean or pool view but other aspects made up for that!

The check in was bit late , nearly 3pm but they let us use there facilities before check in and give us a upgrade. It was just bit inconvenient with 5 months old baby who needs regular feed and nap.

The staffs are at check in are really lovely. Our room wasn’t ready until 14:45pm but we arrived early at 10am. We have 5 months baby with us for travel so he will need a space for feed and nap. The staff at check in kindly offered their Club for us to use before the check in and even after we check out ( our ferry was in the afternoon). They also free upgraded our room. Comfy bed, nice shower , great location and nice views

Very (very) minor grumble is I dropped off bags at reception after getting off the ferry. Reception said they would be delivered to the room when the room was ready. They weren't delivered.

The room was lovely, modern and clean. And the hotel premises are fabulous.

We had no complaints a short but very enjoyable stay.

We probably liked everything about it the only downside was we only stayed one night. We arrived at 10.00 am and our room was ready which was great as we were only staying one night and this meant we could start to experience the amenities of the hotel straight away so making our stay just that little bit longer.

inflexibility with a 11am check out. more options should be available, for example a half day rate. given that it is now low season and rooms are still available in Booking.com this should have been offered as the option would have been taken up.

Relaxed atmosphere, quietly discrete staff, easy walking access from Ferry. No fuss luggage delivery from / to the Ferry. Superb dining.
