Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Netherlandsoverpriced (but the island in general is very expensive). and the breakfast was NOT included. the room has a large (nice) shower but all is glass. doesn’t completely close off and the toilet is also behind (sanded) glass but with a 2 cm gap. very nice (not) to hear and smell the things going on there 🫣

AustraliaCouldn't get into the restaurant for dinner unless you had booked early as guests from all over the island ate there and had the same privileges as guests. Breakfast was not included even though we paid $800 per night. There was no bath in the room and it was just a room. We booked a beachside room and were on the first floor which was never mentioned when we booked.

Luggage was sorted from the ferry to the room without fuss. Employees were friendly and helpful. Pool and lounging areas were good.

AustraliaThe bathroom could do with a better extractor fan, other then that everything is perfect.
It was an amazing experience, great view and loved the complimentary bubbles and oysters and the wine tasting. Makes it more exciting and worth while.
