Likes Beach access, grassed courtyard, service desk friendliness, room size, spa, length of pool, heated pool, off street parking, comfy beds, Dislikes -Road closures that weren't signed prior to the day for an event that took a 10 minute drive to 1 hr 50 mins. -Lack of Ev charging stations in the immediate area.- - real coffee was a drive not a walk We would stay again outside of an event date. It was a lovely place to stay with children.

We stayed in 2 different apartments. The 1st was a 2 bedroom - the main bedroom had quite a bad musty smell (maybe from people coming in wet from the pool and the carpet not drying properly, but I could smell it in the bed too.) The bed didn't seem to be made properly and I had to remake it on the 2nd night. We found strands of hair on the floor and even false eyelashes in the ensuite and saw a few cockroaches. We also had problems with the WiFi and also the foxtel. The 2nd apartment was much better on the smell, WiFi and foxtel, however we still found stands of hair in the bathrooms.

Pool and spa was amazing and also the security of the resort. We stayed in 2 different apartments. The 1st was a 2 bedroom which was spacious for 4 adults. It also had good kitchen facilities and great access to the pool and spa. The 2nd was a 3 bedroom which had a rooftop spa and also garage. We found the 3 bedroom to be odd with it sleeping 6, only seating 4 in the lounge room, 6 at the dining table, 8 with the out door setting and 3 in the spa. Location was great to be right next to the beach too.

Access was initially a challenge as no code for key safe box had been emailed (think it was sent by text but to my UK number). However staff responded pretty quickly when I phoned. Pool area a little noisy with kids.

Great location close to beach, lovely central pool area, excellent facilities in unit, nice balcony overlooking pool. Very clean. Allocated parking space close to unit. Very secure. Given free late check out which was really handy.

I thought the lounge area for a 3 bedroom was small.

We had a 3 bedroom with pool access from our pergola. It pool was stunning at night with the blue lights. The beach access was also great.

The Sunshine Airport is next door and a flight path is right over the hotel, something to bare in mind. There arent that many planes coming in out though.

Great accommodation! Everything was modern, clean and well kept. The swimming pool was a highlight There was a general all around good vibe about the place. 5 min walk to a great local tapas bar for dinner, other restaurants within 10-15 min walk or a 10 min drive.
