AustraliaTwo of the four coffee mugs were dirty Stains on bed sheets Carpet was old and didn’t feel clean underfoot. Deck tiles were dirty and gritty with sand. Shower pressure was quite low. There was building construction across the road. It would have been nice to know beforehand.

Australiaall the lights could work in the unit. there was a number of taps leaking in the unit the water pressure was weak no drying rack for the plates etc when you washed up still waiting for staff to get back to me on that matter my food went bad in the fridge it needs maintence It did not cool down until the morning I left

AustraliaRoom very dated. Chips in tiles. Damaged walls are not repaired. Difficulties in small carpark bays. One way street access to carpark is difficult as traffic obscures the entrance. Reception is difficult to find. The Surf Club air-conditioning was extremely noisy, necessitating keeping the balcony doors closed.
Good location within walking distance to Mooloolaba main street, restaurants etc. Managers are lovely and very accommodating

AustraliaLow ceilings and fans hurt my wife in process of dressing...Aircondition too small for all unit and it was in living area only....bedrum is always hot and maggy.Only one toilet roll(cheep one) no replacement for towels,one litle hand soap provided ,which is disintegrated after day 3,shower is ridiculously small barely fit in and of course no aircon very unpleasant experience.In kitchen we are not able to make simple breakfast...pan is terrible..electric pan broken ,replaced day 2,in general very poor and disappointed...not wothed half of money we pay for 6days...

AustraliaBooked room for 3 nights on the second night turned heater on as it was cold and noticed a smell so turned it off and got no sleep as it was such a cold night .In the morning we got up I looked in the aircon that’s when I discovered it was full of mould . We contacted the manger she asked us what compensation we were looking at we asked if we could be reallocated for our last night as staying in would be a health hazard and our last night free for all our inconvenience and putting us in an unsafe environment her response was will offer us a late check out and no free night or stay and pay another night.

AustraliaI specifically called well in advance asking for a room with an ocean view as most of the rooms seem to get one however we got from what I gather the worst view over the pool which is the size of a fish pond. For $300 per night I expected more as it was booked as a delux one bedroom apartment. I have stayed in Mooloolaba many times however I won't be rushing back there in any hurry.
It was a very short walk to the beach & restaurants, being across the road from the surf living club. The rooms are refurbed. The wifi worked pretty well most of the time. The parking was fine. An early check in text was sent,
