Great location and facilities. Kitchen and bbq set-up was fabulous for self-catering. Playground was a bonus too. Perfect for our one night stay in Dubbo and zoo visit.

Our cabin was one of the only cabins that didn’t have a view of the Zoo which we were looking forward to.

The property was located right next to the Zoo. It was clean and comfortable and they had the AC on before we arrived You get a 10% discount at the shop when you stay at the Zoo. That was a nice surprise.

The location was great. Good, clean cabins with all amenities provided. Great foe families as it had a playground. You can see some of the animals of the Zoo from your verandah or take a short walk to the fence for a closer view.

There was no notice on booking.com that if you don’t have own transport that the cabins would be hard to get to and that there is no walking track to the cabins

Our only issue was kitchen utensils missing from the stated inventory. This was fixed as soon as we reported it.

Loved the location! I didn't realise it would be so close to the zoo and I could see the giraffes wandering around! So beautiful and graceful! On top of this a family of kangaroos came bouncing through the grass and stopped in front of the cabin's front porch where I was working outside. Just charming. I loved the feeling of the outdoors after a long drive from Sydney and big day of work indoors. Absolutely wonderful. The checkin was seamless and easy to find the cabin. Very clean and great facilities.

Although the website mentioned that breakfast was included, this was not the case during our stay. Additionally, it would be helpful to provide some form of transport arrangement for guests staying in cabins and lodges, as we were unable to find any taxi or Uber services in the morning. If you book Lodge 3, please note that the view of the animals is obstructed by two lodges in front.

The cleanliness of the property and all its facilities was excellent, and we truly appreciated the well-maintained environment.

Minor things- dishes had to be rewashed before using them (lip stick marks etc). Sofa wasn’t good for lounging.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Absolutely loves the bed, sheets, towels and native Australian toiletries. Staff were very helpful with my late check-in.

1. We have 2 kids sleeping together so neither bedroom has big enough bed to sleep 2 adults with 2 kids in the middle. We had to join two single beds together however a bit squeezed. 2. The cutlery is good but lack of a knife sharpener.

The property is clean and comfortable and close to the zoo. In the evening kangaroos are coming and there is a playground my children like it very much.

Located in a quiet area close ro the zoo which was very quiet with beautiful sunsets. Cabins are modern spacious and easily accommodated 4 people.

We had a little mishap during checkin, the staff quickly resolved it. All the staff we met are so friendly. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. It has everything we need during the stay (the only thing missing is hair dryer) , even a Weber for BBQ. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it for sure!
