Unfortunately for us, there appeared to be some residents next door who played loud movies and seemed to be having a party until almost midnight. We had to put in 2 complaints before they were quieted down. Not good after travelling all day.

The room was spacious and very clean and although the restaurant was undergoing renovations, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was great.

THE BREAKFAST was not very nice. On the information it said on weekends breakfast closes at 9.30am. We arrived about 8.40 and was told breakfast closing at 9 and hardly anything left to eat. We DId pay for breakfast included so no to happy about that

Parking was atrocious when I stayed. Had to park on the main road both nights I stayed there. I have a physical disability and didn't notice a disabled park unless that too was unavailable both nights of my stay.

Because we checked in outside of reception hours, we weren't told what time the included breakfast finished. We discovered that it finishes at 9am, but when we arrived at the restaurant at 8.35am, all the hot food had been removed and bain-maries covered, and there was only sweet pastries, cereal, fruit and some cheese and meats. The coffee machine was out of service because it required a clean too. We just had two glasses of juice and left. Pretty disappointing.

My only disappointment is that the restaurant was not open for dinner, particularly given there were no food outlets within short walking proximity.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. Location was very quiet. Staff were wonderful. I was unable to access breakfast because I had to leave each morning before the restaurant opened but the kitchen staff provided me with food in the evening. This was truly appreciated.

Pool looked unloved. Big white pipes pouring water into pool looked unsightly. Restaurant was closed when we arrived 6.30pm so went out instead.

The restaurant and bar weren't open due to renovations but that's ok as well - thank you we had a lovely stay.

A few cleanliness issues and damage to spa fixture covers and vents at tops of bathroom windows. Mattress was very soft/unsupportive.

The TV was not easy to operate.

the light outside the room was a little annoying as it made the room a bit bright at night . More or bigger milk containers for coffee would be good as they were only a couple and a few mls in each one . bottles of water in the fridge would be good too as there was none .

This place was really nice and modern freshly renovated by the looks . The bed was super comfy and plenty of pillows which was great . the coffee pod machine and microwave was a really great addition .
