We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Serenity is located in a fabulous position, backs right on to the National Park. Was a lovely 10 minute walk into town via the fire trail at the back of the property, through the Botanic Gardens. We had several kangaroos and an echidna join us at dusk - just lovely. House itself is perfect size for two families- is super comfortable and has everything you would need

AustraliaNothing really. Kitchen needs a "waiter's friend" to help get a cork out of wine bottle but that was the only thing we noted that was missing. (perhaps we missed it, and it was buried somewhere...._)
Excellent facilities, professionally managed. Faultless presentation and well organized. Great outlook and vibe! Couldn't ask for more.

AustraliaPrice is a bit high as this property is cater for more than 8 persons.
Location is good. Near to the town and way to visit the famous reed lookout and the MacKenzie Falls. House is perfectly clean and tidy. TV is near new. Plenty of kitchen utensil and crockery.

Immaculate home with everything that one could need. Looking out to an unimpeded view of nature at its best. Kangaroos at your doorstep. Just a wonderful place if you are looking for a place to host a couples for a great week or weekend away. Highly recommend this place. We gave it a score of 11 out of 10! Thank you!
