I didn't like that reception didn't inform us of the road and barge closure going to the Daintree/Cape Tribulation area. It would have been helpful to know.

The pools were awesome. I loved the location as it was so close to everything within walking distance. The room was lovely. The resort was lovely and peaceful and always kept clean. I loved the gardens.

The location of the resort was great and not too far away from the main street, you could easily walk if you wanted to. The room was accessible and clean with a pool view. It was quiet and had A/C and a fan which was good to have the choice. The manager was very friendly and helpful, the car park was free, and it is a great base for a stay in Port Douglas especially if you are going to be eating out and not cooking for yourself.

Location was excellent. The room (apartment) was spacious, well equipped and clean. The pool was lovely, although got very dirty quickly (due to monsoonal rains and wind) and could have done with a bit more frequent skimming and pool vaccuming.

LOVED our stay

Staff were very friendly location to town and 2 pools to swim in. We very much enjoyed the over eighteen age limit, nice to have NO children running around and noisey. We love 💕 all our 18 grandchildren and 2 Great children so nice to have time out now and then. 😎😎

This was one of the best places I have had the pleasure of staying at. Friendly welcoming staff, beautiful and extremely clean room which had everything we could need and the private hot tub an extra extra plus.. Great location close to beach and the main street Highly recommended for a peaceful relaxing getaway will definitely be back. The best accommodation I have found in Port Douglas.

we didn’t like the adults with the blow up floating chairs and playing ball in the pool. we had both at a family resort which we hated so we didn’t expect adults to be doing kids stuff. the floaters took over the pool and we actually only used the pools once because of this which was a shame

Sometimes, the cleaning staff seemed to work on paths with only limited exits of the hotel and were a but pushy in that way. Although very minimal of an issue, only inconvenience could be thought of during our stay.

Loved the easy access of accommodation to Port Douglas town center. The accommodation was very comfortable and made for a relaxing experience.

The pool area could use a clean up due to the gardens, just gets a little dirty. The balconies could use a shade umbrella as well for relaxing during sunny days. The bin area is downstairs and very hot to take rubbish down into but no big deal if you get housekeeping. I think maybe a decent coffee machine in the lobby couldn't hurt either given its a adults resort, but overall great stay.

The pool access from the balcony was to die for, the ambience of the pool at night time is unmissable. Given the weather is often rainy, the pool temp is quite comfortable even when raining or sunny. The rooms are spacious even for the studio, and the bed is freaking massive. The bathroom shower is huge and great water pressure, plenty of towels provided and good shower essentials. Quiet fun resort, lovely staff, honestly very lovely. They also helped us enable our engagement proposal without a hitch,l when the weather stopped us from our beach plans, it was fantastic.
