Felt a little dated. Some mold in our room. Attention to detail not there. Many paths around the property could do with some attention.

Pools were lovely and surrounding areas.

I felt like the hotel itself was a little outdated especially considering the amount of money you are paying to stay there. I also found the pool to be very cold, but that's just my opinion.

Breakfast was amazing and of course, the whole resort basically being a pool is so fun!

Evening choices for food was slightly limited, but the shuttle service offered into PD worked very well, so plenty of options externally.

Breakfast was excellent and efficient. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Very good varied selection of options.

Room was not serviced after the first night. After the second night not all things were replenished. i.e bathroom amenities like dental kits, bodywash dispenser, only 1 fresh towel supplied, some tea, coffee & milk not replaced.

For the price of the room we paid a lot for a large lagoon access swim out room for our baby moon. Our room was quite a walk away from the main area and our pool would have been nice to swim out to the main pool bar ect but we were a bit away from anything. And rooms felt a bit dated and needs a refurb. For the price the room wasn’t worth it at all

The grounds are stunning! Beautiful resort and the beach that is off the back of this hotel is just gorgeous!

You can see some dating in some of the lagoon pools near the rooms. Lots of sun lounges available during the day (off season). Expensive poolside drinks. The ensemble bed we had was terrible - the wheels had no lock and so the bed kept sliding away from the wall. Pillows were terrible as well. We both left feeling very sore.

Beautiful and expansive pools around the resort. The gardens are lovely as is the location. Whilst the hotel itself is rather old, the rooms are fresh. Good options of food on site.

Was there at a very busy time and didn’t feel there was enough staff to cope. Had to queue for half an hour to order lunch one day! Coffees always missed at breakfast and long wait for a table.

Beautiful - loved the pools. Choice of restaurants and on the beach. Great grounds

Pretty expensive really for what it all was as the food and drinks were very expensive too. The cocktails were $25 per drink and served in a plastic cup and the pina colada was a premix. No finesse considering the price. I had the cheapest room at $585 per night. The pool sunbeds and cabanas could have been more luxurious considering the price of the hotel. The water of the pools was freezing. Hard to relax and enjoy it conserving it was meant to be a key selling point of the property.

The staff. Every single one of them was so friendly and helpful even when it was hectic and so busy. The location is fab right by the beach for beach walks and 15 minute beach walk to Port D centre. Beautiful grounds with stunning plants and palms. Room was great and nice and quiet away from the noise of the pools and loud “sunset sessions”. Also breakfast is great loads of good choices, good coffee and health juices too.

Coffee was slow to arrive at Breakfast, or forgotton about when ordered (twice). Breakfast seems to be very disorganised in the sections.

Under staffed around the pool bar area. Pool bar not coping, either inexperienced staff operating till putting orders through or a bit of a line. Breakfast buffet excellent, ladies at the egg station were unreal but we were quite disappointed with the dinner menus at the two restaurants. The room service menu was actually better with more variety to choose from. Other than these two small things we had an enjoyable stay. Also with the price of accommodation it would be nice to gift each family bringing children to stay with a pool float donought. 1 per family

I think the rooms are due for some upgrades for the cost to stay at this particular resort. They are looking tired.

Couldn't swim, pool still cold for us, would have been nice to have at least 1 heated pool in the resort. Would consider getting rid of the day spa (I know its not marriott, but still reflects on your resort) Its terrible, nothing relaxing about it at all. People talking the whole time. Worst part of the holiday was the Spa and its location.

The TV in our room was glitchy, the cabanas cost a pretty penny to hire, the pool table in the foyer needs to be fixed / maintained, adding a games room (board & card games) would be awesome!

Variety of pools to choose from, proximity to Four Mile Beach, spacious room with excellent bathroom & shower (the showerhead pressure was amazing!), lots of restaurants on site to choose from, the Daintree Bar for a late nightcap
