We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The apartment is beautiful, well maintained and very modern. The hotel itself seems very outdated and old, so it was a surprise how modern the actual apartment looked. The location is great too.

AustraliaWhile there was a TV in each bedroom there was no television in the lounge room which was strange. The dishwasher in the kitchenette was tiny and couldn't fit the dinner plates. The shower in the second bathroom flooded the floor.
Location was great, across the road from a large supermarket and other shops. The accomodation is close to the city centre, public transport and the river.

AustraliaThis place is a two bedroom unit and we got one key! Then in a complete accident the ONE key drop down the lift shaft haha ridiculous- the cleaner / admin support was helpful but ONE key for four adults is ridiculous. Also the bathrooms are wet room style and done very poorly!!! The ‘main’ bathroom waters runs out of the bathroom during and shower, into the hallway and then into the second bedroom. We had to create a little barricade with two of the four towels. Pretty disgusting having a wet towel for two days soaking up shower water. The ensuite is slightly better water management but still runs everywhere.
The location was great and the renovation was really good.

AustraliaWe selected this apartment because parking was inclusive. Unfortunately, the height restriction was not listed, and our vehicle was over 1.9m high. Due to this, we had added expenses for external parking. We needed an early access & had a message that we would be able to get in 12 noon, and would be notified if cleaning would be completed earlier. We were told the previous people had a late exit, and we sat in the lobby till 1 pm. The TV in the lounge didn't work. The fridge was only a wine fridge with no freezer.

Great location! Host was very responsive! Spacious for a 2 bedroom hotel and had all the basics covered.
