The outer terrace was dirty and until I moved it, there was a dirty baby's diaper on it. The room was not serviced during my stay, as advertised.

At first TV didn’t work well as batteries were flat in the remotes, but on contacting staff they quickly resolved the issue in a very friendly manner.

There are several new buildings going up so there was a bit of noise and the view is disrupted. The gym was a little disappointing but used what was available.

The apartment was spacious, a large open plan lounge/dining room, the view was okay. Heated pool and spa were great. Decor in apartment was nice. Miriam was lovely at reception, very helpful and informative.

The building next door is under construction making it very noisy from 6am Bathrooms outdated, my shower head was facing the wall, making it hard to shower. Was unable to turn it. The resort is a little run-down.

I thought the room was tired with odd old furniture just placed around to fill in space which made it cluttered and outdated. Booked an ocean view deluxe and felt it was under the standard of the website description and photos of other “ similar rooms “. Staff were excellent in dealing with my concerns and offered a reduced rate which was appreciated. Heavy rain bought a loud dripping sound in the main bedroom on our last two days there which was annoying and very loud. We were in apartments 13a and it’s apparently due for an update in the coming weeks.

Staff were great and attended to my concerns promptly. Great view from the room. Secure parking and secure building.

There was a weird smell in the main bathroom. Bath rug was soaking wet and it was stinking when we arrived there. It will be nice to keep more than one dishwashing tablet and washing power sachet if someone is staying for a week.

Beautiful sea view, close to beach. It was nice to have an indoor pool and sauna. Having a designated parking spot was really handy as we didn't have to drive around to look for a parking spot.

Need to update there photos. Booked a beach view, but instead got a view right in front of a construction site. (The photos had nothing there) room had alot of damage and was not clean.

The apartment we were allocated was tired and in need of new furnishings. Obviously the owners of this apartment are not prepared to invest for the benefit and comfort of guests.

Great location and our apartment had views of the ocean. Close to Tedder shops and cafes, and to public transport. Excellent facilities and very helpful staff. The resort manager was extremely helpful when I needed assistance with items left behind in the apartment. Thank you!

No smart tv to i could watch my streaming services durect not via phone, wireless, etc. A Smart television is a must in modern accommodation. These types of TV are a cheap purchase these days. So, no excuse for not having one.

Well appointed kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows giving you good views. Modern interior. Good outdoor facilities, pool, bbq area gym and tennis court. Friendly staff. Secure underground parking. Great sized apartment.

Lift isn’t working probably! Sometime it’s doesn’t work from the basement so you have to walk around to inform the staffs.
