The only part I didn’t enjoy was the price for the size of the room a double bed and a bunk bed . I understand it’s for the location but for $650 a night I would have hoped for something a bit bigger . Also as others have said some of the permanent residents were stand offish and were giving me and my family dirty looks .

The owner was a lovely woman and willing to help us when our car decided to break down . Pool was great and beds were comfortable

There was a small mirror in the Bathroom. Couldn’t see anything and not full length. No bathroom /vanity bench. Overpriced for age of the property. Noisy people “living” in the room next door and they left their empty cans of alcohol on our table. Untidy items out the front like a messy kids back yard. Big bucket for empty cans. Would stay there again.

The staff were friendly but perhaps I was very unlucky with the room, as it was dirty! I took photos, it was that bad. If we had not been desperate on an overbooked Gold Coast, and only staying to sleep there for 2 nights, I would have checked out right away. The bed sheets were clean thankfully but that’s about all. There was something brown smeared on the A/C remote, the light switches, ceiling fan and ironing board etc was utterly filthy with several stains, and many surfaces appeared barely wiped over. Because of the filth, we didn’t use the kettle or ironing board etc. The bathroom basin was cracked straight through, and the electrics - power point placements were very imo dangerous and definitely inconvenient - my bed was under a short extension lead that attached to the tv and a/c, the room light, aerial and power point by the door were down low, difficult to get to and look dodgy. The room needs an electrician to fix it. I also didn’t like the neighbour sitting right next to my door, chain smoking and using the ashtray and seating provided to him right there. But this is small complaint compared to the extraordinary filth - which there is never an excuse for. Detergent, a scrubbing brush & hot water are very cheap and would do wonders.

It was available. It was convenient location & amenities. Greeted by a friendly woman at reception and her lovely dog. Good space for hire car.

clean and comfortable room with fridge and microwave. Wifi reliable and good. Grocery stores nearby along with fast food venues. Rooms are quiet - little to no noise from other guests. Motel has a pool.

We were very disappointed in the room for cleanliness as we found the floor waste for the hand basin was very unhygenic as it appeared not to be cleaned for a long time. The remote for fan/light needs to be replaced as the battery compartment was taped up to keep batteries secured. The toaster was full of burnt out crumbs which could of easily caused a fire or lot of smoke in the room. The floors were full of grit and the bed itself needs to be aired out as it contained bed mites

Cheapish but not much cheaper than really nice hotels 5 minutes down the road.

Aircon was either on or off - no temperature control. All surrounding noise was easily transmitted through the walls/windows. Although not really an issue for the management, noisy guests kept us awake at night by sitting outside their units talking and laughing.

Unit was clean but very basic for the money. Location was OK but noisy from passing traffic.

We only stayed one night so we could get to a race early the next morning. It was comfortable and suited our needs.

Pretty much everything.

Not much . Didn't know till I got there that this motel was being used for emergency housing..Motel very outdated and main road very noisy.The good thing was the motel owners were lovely.
