Broken toilet seat, bath too high to step over for showering, kitchen not well stocked eg. no spatula to flip eggs, pots and pans burnt residue stuck to them, tired apartment. Could not use pool for day due to dark water, 1 of 3 lifts not working for more than 24 hours. Walk to my car park long distance.

The windows were not sealed properly and there was a very loud howling sounds each night due to the weather. It made it very hard to sleep well

The room wasn’t properly cleaned, no face washers supplied, broken oven (which made cooking Christmas lunch difficult) & live TV/Foxtel channels didn’t work.

We had a ground level room which was very spacious. Pool & bbq area literally at our doorstep but still also very private.

The lift that lead to the street meant walking past the rubbish area. It was a little smelly and the area could be better kept clean.

The location was excellent for access to the beach and also the shops as we did not have a vehicle so were able to walk everywhere. The room was fantastic. The furniture and beds very comfortable. The pool and spa were clean and at a good temperature. The area surrounding the pool was also clean and well serviced. We were fortunate to have a room at the front of the resort which was much appreciated. It was great to be able to see the ocean. We loved the fake grass on the balcony and appreciated the outdoor setting to sit and relax. The only down side to the room was the traffic noise, especially at night. We arrived after the office was closed and the late check in process was easy. We also appreciated the opportunity to have a late check out on the morning we were leaving.

Reception was not always open for that long on the weekend. My friends couldn't get beach towels as not open. You had to supply yourself with more toilet paper. Would of liked a couple of extra towels/tea towels as had to wash ours.

I loved the view from our room. The location was so handy to everything food, beach and shops just a 2 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and warm especially in the afternoon. Bus location 1 minute walk no need for a car. We had a 2 bed room and 2 bathrooms, the room was very roomy and comfortable.

No staff there at checkin which was 2pm. Room was not clean. We had to rewatch all plates etc in kitchen. For the price we paid thought the standard would be higher

Unfortunately there was night road works happening during our stay so very noisey but otherwise everything else was fabulous!

Thought I booked a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Was 2 bed 1 bathroom and extra toilet with basin. So double check.

Only had 1 wine glass. Communication from the hotel about check in was pretty poor. Only got the details via email, the day after we arrived. coffee table was either broken/not put together properly, as it was quite "wobbly"

Great location, with easy walk to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool was a great size and had good shade and seating.

The place is getting a bit "tired" and a face lift may be in order. Also, we could not find ay luggage trolleys in the car park so a few trip to the aparment from the car were needed.

if you like your Resorts big, not too tall and close to everything, this is the place for you. Easy (flat) walk to SLC, Bowls Club, a selection of pubs/clubs and street food places to eat and drink. But be aware, at schoolies time, there are many thin, buff, well tanned people crowding the streets but that's Goldie for you!. We had a 2-brm unit with an outward looking balcony on the top floor. I particularly liked the allocated parking and secure roller door access. Access from the carpark is via one of two elevators. There are a number of "wings" built around a central pool area.

was a great location and nice hotel. Downside we had cold water for 2 days in hot temperatures. Was touring so wasn’t impressed couldn’t shower comfortably. Staff weren’t to concerned the water was out.

The only thing that I noticed that I didn't particularly like was the little step up into the bathroom and toilet rooms. I stubbed my toe pretty bad when I first checked in on the tiles (which made my toe bleed) and had to place a pillow on the floor to encourage myself to step up.

Location and proximity to the beach and surrounding food places was amazing - the pool was also a great facility. The furnishings in the room as well as the beds and facilities provided exceeded my expectations
