Buffet breakfast was a little overpriced for the variety. Breakfast area needs an update.

All good , we enjoyed our little stay .

The resort is very very clean & very family oriented , no poker machines great for all family members & plenty of things to do & see , excellent weather considering we are in winter , it only got really cold at night when we were coming back in on a glass bottom boat tour , great sunsets views near the old ship wrecks .It was a crew ship day on the second day we were there & the resort put on great entertainment for all the passengers, even with all the passengers there was still plenty of room to move around.

Wasn't a lot of variety with food options and it was expensive. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Our booking included 3 beds but we only got 2. The dolphin feeding could be better organized as it took 2 hours and was freezing - the line up was massive (they should cap the numbers), and we couldn't hear what the organizers were saying.

Wide range of activities. Off the beach snorkeling to the wreaks. King bed was comfortable but not the sofa bed. Friendly staff. Dolphin feeding.

The snorkel/ dive staff were rude. They lacked competency, efficiency or guest focus. Considering the location is their number one asset - these staff are not selling paradise.

Location. Amazing beach, clear calm water. Spectacular snorkeling on the wrecks. Recently upgraded room. Quality of the food was good, although, really only one viable food offer for lunch and dinner. BBQ was closed being Mon, Tues. Quality of the massage given was good, however, the room/ building both inside and out did not match the luxury resort price tag.

Booked for 4 people. One of the beds was a mattress on the floor.

Tangoolma is by far one of the most beautiful beaches in Queensland.

I feel there should have been a few more food outlets. I know it can't be helped but I missed the dolphin feeding because the que was so big. no iron in my room.

Stayed in the family room near the pool side, they are a little outdated with the furnishings and bedding. We had a bush outside our room for a bit of privacy, but a lot of other garden view rooms don't have this amd are quite open to the public for viewing, so dont forget to close the blinds when getting dressed!

Friendly staff and great food with enough variety on offer. Great kitchen facilities including a big fridge in the family room.

Food....simply just terrible. Breakfast so bad . Not a single fresh veggis is avaliable, no greens..plus staff members working in the restourant just trying to hide from customers. Fish and chips place are poorly managed as well, and it's hard to eat junk food only. Chinese restourant just very baaad, no dalads avaliable food+servise is bad. No comunication between diferent parts of hotel, receptionist trying to be helpful but obviously they did't have comunication with other teams.

Location and place are magical.Very nice and helpful staff. Cathy from reception is amazing.And other staffembers working at reception are very helpful. Snorkling in the wreks and dolphin feeding are the best.

Expensive, some more free activities like yoga or aqua gymnastics would be nice, restaurants close too early (no chance to have dinner after late activity)

Some staff members were not very friendly. One in particular was quite unprofessional to some other colleagues who seemed to be not on shift at the cocktail bar with guests surrounding the bar. He told them to stop what they were doing and to "piss off ".

The location is fantastic!!Exceeding my expectations. Activities were easily accessible.
