The heavy doors separating studio from motel room. Difficult to move bags in and out. Would have liked one room service and maybe a toaster with cutlery and plate.

The apartment we had seemed to have a timer on the hot water for showers. Every 5 minutes the shower would go cold so we had to turn it off, then back on again. The balcony was tiny & the windows in the living room were mostly frosted. I understand this was for privacy but it didn’t feel nice. There was no shelving/drawers to unpack clothes in either bedroom, despite both having a wardrobe.

The location of the property was fantastic. We could walk everywhere from the apartment block - beach, park, shops, restaurants & even to the marina if we felt like a longer walk. The apartment was clean & met basic needs for sleeping. The bathrooms were a good size & modern.

Kids said the fold our sofa bed was a little thin, you could feel the springs.

Reception is only manned for 2 hours so we never saw any staff. A bit more dishwasher detergent would have been great, but there were no staff to ask for more.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, well appointed room. It had everything we needed. Location was great and we were very comfortable. Air conditioning was great on hot days as well.

Classic small Motel Room our mattress was definitely passed it's best. Personally prefer walk in shower not step in bath but bathroom was spotlessly clean.

Very good location on Great Ocean Road easy walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. Room was very clean and well presented.

Didn't feel like the living room was cleaned well - was very dusty. Check out at 10am is quite a bother especially since check in is at 3pm.

Location is awesome. Parking is free! Restaurants close by. Room is well set up.

Needed a fly screen so we could open the doors and let in the fresh sea air. We needed to keep the bugs out and so we couldn’t open the magnificent glass sliding doors and windows. There was great air conditioning and everything was clean bright and we could feel the clean.

Great location, very friendly helpful staff and magnificently appointed rooms. Very comfortable, bright without being intense and very hen we needed privacy from the world we had that too. Quiet, even though it was on the main road across from a magnificent beach. Thank you so much for looking after us so well. We will be back.

Nothing really. Recently refurbished. Obviously older but well maintained

So easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Well priced and good value. Friendly helpful management
