Look, it may have been b/c it was a public holiday but there was no staff around at all. Room on 2nd floor was right next to main road, windows were definitely not sound proof. Car park extremely tight, not made for 4WDs (which a lot of guests seem to have had).

Room was not what we booked. The description on your site was the following. Deluxe King SuiteBoasting a private entrance, this air-conditioned suite features 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. The suite features soundproof walls, a wardrobe, an electric kettle, a carpeted floor and a flat-screen TV. The unit has 3 beds. The actual room had one bed,no living room.and main light missing.

Was promised a ground floor unit when they didn't have any. Big problem when 71. A breach of contract as well. Receptionist was absent upon arrival at 4:30 pm and tried to blame me for booking September instead of October. Quite false of course. Appalling customer service. Booked a double room and got two incompatible beds pushed together. Entry and exit to/from roadway dangerous. A very last resort location. Would have been better at a backpackers

There was black mould all over the room. You couldn’t breath with all chemicals used to try and get rid of it. My son started to get headaches after only 10min in the room.

The location was terrible with heavy traffic noise 24/7. Very old dirty building with no soundproofing and no lift. Filthy carpets and water damage in bathroom with a couple of tiles slapped over the damage. Shower fittings were rusty. The room smelt awful, the only modern and reasonably clean area was the reception area.

The curtain had a big blood stain on it in our room, the pool was broken/dirty and the garden messy. The staff were lazy. The staircase looked like junkies lived in it, not an ideal welcome at 5:02pm when we arrived 'out of office hours'. The sheets were clean and so was the bathroom though.

We could walk to most places we needed to go.

As soon as you entre the hotel through stairs you get struck by the smell of old carpet. If you are allergic or have asthmas then don't stay here. The hall way and room just have old carpet smell. I won't be staying here again.

The room was marketed as a 2 bedroom suite. It is really just 2 separate hotel rooms closed off from the corridor by a door that is unlocked by the same key that opens the door into the hotel. So anyone’s key could access it. The garage and laundry room was constantly full of garbage and had staff hanging out drinking beer and smoking.
