No chair in the room. A lift (elevator) would be good. We are older guests and having to walk up flights of stairs to get to our room was not ideal. Car park is undercover but is quite open to passers by.

The after hours entry system was excellent. The room was a good size. Refrigerator adequate with cold water and milk for coffee in the fridge. Plenty of coffee sticks/teabags and single serve biscuits supplied to have with coffee. Microwave available but we did not utilise that. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom very nice with plenty of toiletries supplied. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and walking paths along the river.

Band aid stuck to the ceiling, whole in the wall, aircon worked but unable to change temperature, large tv but Netflix app outdated could only watch free to air TV, one of the beds was broken and had a lean and broken springs. The place is old but is value for money

Kitchen provided excellent resources including an air fryer and plastic containers. Great size accommodation.

Having to climb stairs in pitch darkness is a safety concern and had I been advised this was the case I wouldn't have booked this motel. There was also a small hallway leading to our door, also pitch black. There were lights placed in the staircase but they were not switched on. There was no hairdryer in the room despite one being listed in the inclusions.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

The fact you had to use a fire exit to gain access to and from the apartment room after hours - make shift lighting in the corridor because apparently the lights were not working - room itself was clean but value for money was not there!

The facility and staff were very good and I have no complaints in this space. There was however an issue with the individual in the room next to me (105) who was exceptionally noisy with people in his room and very loud music throughout the night causing interupted sleep. Feedback was provided to staff upon check out and I believe they will be dealing with this issue.

Couldn’t lock bathroom door as they didn’t fit door handle properly so it didn’t latch at all. Couldn’t hang towels and hangers were at the bottom of the door near the floor. Beds were horrible, the squeak when you move and just uncomfortable.

The air conditioner in the main room dropped black muck when turned on so needs a proper clean but apart from that there wasn't anything to not like

The room was super spacious and I was able to put 3 single beds together as my 2 children wanted me to sleep with them. The room had enough amenities to last our visit and everything was explained via text message and letter as we arrived after reception hours

The room had this bad odour like naphthalene or pest spray. At night, trucks would pass by on the highway and disturb sleep. The windows need better soundproofing. A brochure says they own 100 hotels, but the money is not being spent on this one. No breakfast offered.

The bed was comfortable. The TV and fridge were good. Off-street parking was welcome. After hours key entry was well organised. Staff were helpful.

Booked a King Deluxe Room and it was two single beds pushed together with one mattress higher than the other. Not that comfortable. One of the mattresses was not in good condition & sinking making a uncomfortable sleeping arrangement. Room services were only completed during week. We arrived on a Thursday and left on a Monday with no room services provided during this time.

There was no laundry as it was closed down (wish we were informed of that on check in and could have been directed to one close by as we were there for sport and needed that facility. We had no light in the main bedroom and the lounge room one was broken and flickered also so was unable to turn on. Window had been left open and carpet was soaking in main bedroom on check in which made for not a very nice smell over our five days. Also aircon was broken in main bedroom which was not ideal as no fans. If these were rectified would stay again. Lady at reception very friendly.

Was pleased with the kitchen appliances, food storage containers etc that they supplied. Was nice and roomy and noise wasn’t an issue that would deter us.

Ventilation was non existent in the bathroom and room; can't open windows and there's no vents. Hallway light was off during the day, making it impossible to see in the hallway to get to our room. Our room had no number so made it even harder to find in the dark. There was a little rubbish on the floor and the soap dispenser in the shower ran out of conditioner the first time being used by us.

The beds were good, the location of the motel was convenient to the city
