We only stayed 1 night, but we’ve got a really tiny room that was packed with stuff from people living there. The bunk beds had no ladders and they shook a lot! I couldn’t sleep properly with the guy on the top rolling over all night. The upstairs kitchen was full of broken and dirty things. I really don’t recommend this place for a long stay!

The bathrooms were clean and the showers were nice. Nice outside area as well. Good location, in the city center.

the location is great, which just in CBD of Darwin. i can go to Darwin city library, beaches, park, club to picnic and have a drink or coffee. the cleaning staffs are very friendly and helpful. the manager is also very friendly and caring.

Sometimes other guests forgot to switch off the music after 11pm (as it's requested) and we had to go out and switch it off at 1am. Once we addressed this issue with the manager he apologised to us and said he will keep an eye on it.

Excellent location, the place is very easy to find and self check-in went very smoothly. We had a private room which gave us space and privacy.

* staff tried to keep everything clean, however after short term of guests behaving like sheet everything looked chaotic and dirty again :( * laundry services were not in a good state * no eating area inside > outside was hot and lots of flys around * no nice surroundings

I stayed in a dorm and there was confusion about which bed was free - the wrong bed was made up so the other guest who was still there moved all my items and I had to contact the manager to get a freshly made bed (and ended up waiting an hour for this to get sorted). If the beds were more clearly marked with a number/name perhaps this issue could have been avoided. Apart from that the stay was great!

Chill vibe, walking distance to the CBD, 2 kitchens, clean sheets and comfortable beds and pillows, clean showers, easy check in, lots of space to relax (quiet or with music).

I wanted to stay in a more quiet hostel to calm down and take a good rest. The cozy hostel is perfect for that. Shops, Restaurants, Cafés etc. are accessible by walking. The vibe is nice and calm, a lot of friendly people!

The cleanliness could be better, especially toilets and shower rooms were quite dirty even after cleaning. Not the best place to stay if you are super sensitive about hygiene. Some guests were smoking weed at the common area, which I did not like. It seems that there is no reception at the hostel, this was not too problematic cuz the owner kept communicating through messages. But I was unable to locate 'duty manager' of the hostel at all. +) there is no swimming pool in the hostel, I think it is better to replace the backyard photo on booking.com as it can be a bit misleading.

The bed was cozy and was good for sleeping in, but the room was a bit messy with long term stay guests (note that most of the guests I met were staying long term and their belongings were everywhere in the room). The owner arranged a self check in when I arrived, which was great. The location of hostel is very central, which was great. Was able to walk to most of the sites in Darwin. The AC in the room was working great. The room was nice and cool.

The Flys in the outdoor area but they are everywhere in Darwin

Great location in Darwin Cbd. . One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Made lots of good friends unlike other hostels where nobody will talk to you . It's also quiet enough to sleep if you are working.The owner has speedy response if any problems occur and great tips for things to do in the local area.

Well situated, not too far from Darwin's main streets. The atmosphere is relax, making it calm and cozy ! The owner is very nice !

The kitchen is quite small, but actually didn't bother me as people doesn't cook at the same time.

The name is well chosen, as it is a cozy atmosphere. The fact that it is quite small makes people more stressless and opened to talk to everybody.

I didn't like, that I couldn't walk from 1st flor to the groundfloor without getting wet the the rain season.

Nothing.

The location is perfect to go around the cbd. Cool place with chill space from back yard to balcony. I can feel the Darwin breeze right after open the door. Nice parking lot.
