This is the first time we've stayed here, usually stay at the Mariott. The Darling was a pleasant surprise and such a great location. I would recommend staying at this hotel for anyone travelling to The Star.

Loved friendly service from the moment that I got there, Bell boy( gentleman), receptionist, specially house keeping team, they really looked after me while my staying. I travelled myself for work and stayed Steller Suite. Everyone was so caring when I requested what I needed. Not like other hotels( i only stay 5stars hotels) some hotels’s staffs were making me feel uncomfortable with their facial expression. All the staffs at the Darling were sincerely caring and listening to clients needs. I will definitely visit again for next year trip. Thank you for making my staying memorable and comfortable!

Great staff and services especially Shannell at the front desk who was really helpful and supportive to add us free parking and breakfast due to faulty online booking via booking. com. The Penthouse suite was fantastic and amazing with modern remotes controlling facilities which was impressive and wowed. Great location to all the pacific fair, beaches and restaurants, great valets parking staff and housekeeping. Definitely highly recommended and will book my next trip there again.

AustraliaIt was a very high quality stay - the decor was very Casino and Gold Coast, which is not my style, but it was very appropriate and to a high standard, so maybe it's time I added a bit more bling to my own house
Beautifully appointed, spacious rooms, with ocean views. Staff were very lovely and helpful, and made special accomodation for the fancy car which made the stay even more relaxing. The infinity pool area was delightful at sunset and 19 Restaurant well worth dining at.
