Unfortunately a light bulb was out and nobody present to fix it. Ended up having to change rooms, where I found another, different light not working. I gave up at that point. There was a room full of aboriginal people with 4 or 5 little kids running around at all hours unsupervised. Came back on one night to find foodstuffs strewn all over and around the carpark near my room ( they were 2 doors down). Government gave to them free I'm told, food vouchers etc. Room is trashed. Kids don't go to school. Not ideal for say an elderly couple wanting peace and quiet.

Plenty of room to park with a medium sized trailer. There was a lovely lady in attendance (or 5 minutes away if not) but the poor thing was pretty much left to cope on her own. A broken light should take a reputable motel 5-10 minutes to fix.

A lot of noise late at night from a family who is living there with lots of children.

The room was clean, bed was comfy, staff lady was friendly. Handy to where we needed to be.

Lots of light coming in from outside lights, recommend an eye mask. Room smelt of cigarette smoke, not as bad once the aircon was on. Bit of a centipede issue, a few dead ones stuck to walls and one fell onto my head whilst in bed….

Listing on booking .com has free wifi- no wifi available Listing stated satellite tv- only pixulated tv No response to email sent to ask about these items. Room sleeps 3, booking for 2, but only one cup, plate , set cutlery etc. no staff on site to get a cup. Rather inconvenient to have to take turns in a having a cup of coffee! Heater also not working very well

Staples stick up under the carpet, before you walk on the bathroom tiles. Stabbed my daughter in the heel. Very painful and dangerous. Air conditioning should have been turned on before arriving - was extremely hot in the room.

Lack of staff, no food facility, no phone contact at the motel & booking as not easy for two male adults , one at 74 & one at 85. Not quite up with all this no personal contact to people. My brother and I are not very computer literate & had to get a friend to book us in. So I don't think I will be staying at your motel again. Thank you.

Couldn't Shower as shower head was broken. Fridge was dirty/ mould in it. Wifi password not provided. Lack of adequate toilet paper provided. Should not be charging what they charge for what they provide , which is nothing.

the outsode the whole property is extremely run down and let go, does not look liek pictures, the pool had weeds and everything was not swimable. the photos need to be updated. very disappointed to turn up to a property thinking it loojed like the pictures.

Unfortunately there were no staff at the motel and we were the only guests staying there which felt really weird, restaurant was closed due to covid we had to travel into town for dinner which wasn't far. Facilities were lovely and clean.

not clean, the carpets were dirty, the tv didn’t work and there were spider webs hanging from the ceiling. the smoke alarm seemed to be broken. the room was not tidied after the first night. there was a note in the bathroom informing us to leave the towels on the floor so they can be changed this didn’t happen
