Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lack of Room Service and felt price was excessive given have stayed in similar for cheaper in Brisbane and Sydney
Bed was comfortable and room was clean, location was convenient and room was quiet despite busy road. It was nice to have a receptionist 24 hours.

Slightly overpriced but convenient to our needs
5 minutes to the Mater Hospital so location was great for us. West Club is next door for dinner, drinks and a spin. Room was a decent size, air conditioning worked well and bed was comfortable.

Couldn’t use the pool till 1230pm as they had it closed for swim schools . We booked in because of the pool after travelling but not available till after we checked out and kids not allowed to use it

We have stayed here quite a few times now and it is always wonderful. Still wonderful this time but very loud . People talking outside room at all hours and lots of running on the floor above .

Our room was surprisingly large and comfortable, overlooking the oval with a fabulous bathroom and the best hairdryer I've even seen in hotel accommodation. It was a bonus that is was adjacent to the Club as it made our dining options simpler. Perfect place to stay, especially as it was a working trip and we needed to be up and out early each day. The parking was also free and very convenient.

I opened a bottle of wine from the mini bar and there was mould under the lid.
The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Even though there was only one person on the front desk that had to do everything.

Small minor maintenance - Leaky shower head, filter alert on air conditioner system.
Room was great, bed was comfy, very clean room Staff were very nice, friendly, welcoming Check in was simple with no issues.

Needs better access to power points to charge phones. Having to move furniture and unplug appliances was not great
Everything was clean and comfortable. Free parking and easy access to the football club Dining area. Would definitely use again.

There was a "stale body odour smell" when I entered the room. Which was rather unpleasant and lingered quite a while even with the extractor and aircon on.
The restaurant facility's next door are fantastic. Hotel is nice and modern and rooms large and comfortable. The room was clean and well presented. Staff very helpful

Our room was right near lifts and it was noisey. I’d definitely stay again, but ask for a room away from the lifts and at the back section overlooking the park at the rear of the property, otherwise all great.
Very clean, easy check in, great to be attached to Wests. The food for dinner at Wests was fantastic, great voice and great value for money. Lovely staff there too. Breakfast there could have been better, but not too bad. Great free parking at the proper and plenty of it, both undercover and open.

The hot water took a while to warm up to the temp I like. First world problem, really.
The bed was really comfortable, and the room was large. The room was also quieter than we expected, being on the end of the building near a road. While we didn't use it, it's always a bonus to have a mini-bar.
