A bit noisy due to proximity to tourist hotspots, but this is to be expected and it wasn’t really an issue.

Menu - very limited on breakfast choices. Dinner was very limited choices also, and prices on table ordering app do not match menu - table ordering app $3 more??? Price difference raised with a manager that didn't really care. Received an email prior to arrival regarding parking - followed email instructions only to find out carparking is actually onsite at a cost of $25 for 2 days stay. When you first walk into rooms, after being out also, feels like the building is moving, but you get use to it. Seaview is a tiny view through the gaps of 2 buildings. TV apps don't work and trying to stream phone to TV was also useless

Stylish fitout, relax as soon as you walk in. the whole property smelt nice, including the room. Mimosa on arrival. Great location, clean, comfortable and stylish room. I will stay again.

no parking underneath (booked out) no close disabled car park I was on crutches that was difficult for check in and then had to park Bruce bishop and walk to reception

They didn't have a smart TV t allow me to cat my own content but said this was likely to be installed next month

My room had been renovated, and being a Hotel Designer, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it had been done. The wood grain vinyl plank flooring made for a clean on trend decor. I was also conscious of the ample bench space and larger than normal bathroom.

1 - The MOST helpful, attentive friendly staff! From the lovely lady at reception to the waitress in the bar, very impressed with the exceptional customer service. 2 - So impressed with the room! It was clean, large, modern and very comfortable. 3 - Location, location, location. 4 - The whole experience, we had not stayed here before but I wanted something a little different then our usual go-to (Sofitel or The Star) and I am so glad I did. We will be back & most likely from our experience this will be our new Gold Coast go-to.

Driveway entrance to the property is hidden. it’s a minor detail though.

The renovated rooms are nice. Nice touch that reception is on the same floor as the rooftop bar.

The noise from the downstairs food/entertainment areas . Could hear people most of the night which woke us several times. Having to pay for car parking.

Location was ideal as needed to catch a bus at the Surfers Transit Centre in Beach Road. Upgraded to a larger room complimentary so very comfortable.

The bathroom was quite small, also had small mould spots on the roof of the shower as there is no ventilation.
