We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe breakfast offering is only available at weekends so I was a little caught out in the morning when the downstairs restaurant said it wasn’t doing food in the morning. There’s places nearby but I on here it advises there’s a breakfast available. Probably needs making clearer.
Great value and very friendly staff. The rooms were modern and the beds were very comfortable. Overall an ideal stay. Lots of places for dinner nearby and some nice touches with the snacks and water in the room.

AustraliaI understand the $100 deposit for incidentals during check in BUT it was annoying that after I checked out it wasn’t immediately released back into my account. After five days I had to call the property who informed me that they forgot to release the amount. If I hadn’t called, I don’t know how long I would’ve been waiting to have that deposit back.
The facilities were great. Beautiful, large room, and the hotel itself is located very centrally to outside eateries and entertainment.

AustraliaThat said, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. While the room was generally clean, I did notice that the toilets and sink had some stains, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, it didn't overshadow the overall experience, and the hotel’s other amenities and prime location more than made up for it.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I couldn't have asked for a better location. It was just a few minutes' walk to both the beach and Surfers Paradise, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the tram station was nearby, providing easy access to other parts of the city. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable.
