The fridge space was very small, only enough room for water and one bottle of mixer so we couldn't keep out left over food. Other than that the bin was also very small and found it full within the first few hours after having lunch.

Very nice room for the price !! Loved listening to the music from the pool area on the afternoons from the balcony . Very close to the main strip in surface paradise , only a small walk to coles and Woolworths so it made getting anything very easy.

The staff were wonderful, in particular, the room service supervisor on level 10 was incredible. The beds were comfy, the rooms were a good size and the supplied provisions were great.

Really clean modern hotel , nice facilities, our check in lady was very nice and friendly upon arrival , we had notified we may get in the hotel a lot earlier than check in ,in which they advised they would accommodate if they could , were we delighted to find out on arrival much Earlier ,that they had our room ready and really saved us wasting hours of time about the Gold Coast with heavy bags , which was amazing ! Also provided a late check out of one hour free of charge which is excellent also , very close to the beach front main point with plenty of dining options and shopping centres within walking distance

They do have an underground car park, but it is height limited so we parked in the car park adjacent to the property (cheap pay parking). I was worried about the car park being open, however there were no issues. Be aware there are a lot of patrons that attend the rooftop bar and you do pass the bar to get to the lifts.

A very large room with massive king double beds for the twin room. Balcony was included. The room was soundproof from the rooftop bar which made for a very restful sleep despite being a Friday night in the middle of Surfers. Breakfast was nice. Very close to everything.

Only issue we had was the seal on the balcony door was broken so could hear everything going on outside on the street from the 11th floor.

Great location! Nice and close to the heart of surfers without being in the chaos. Super clean and stylish. Nice big room and bathroom that were styled nicely. Beds were very comfortable. Working aircon, Tv, mini fridge and hairdryer.

pillows were terrible and I didn't sleep well. You can hear outside (and we were on Level 11) so more soundproofing would be good to the balcony. There's no vent in the bathroom so having a shower, everything fogs up. The bathroom door is a sliding door which isn't exactly private. The tv guide on the tv didn't work so we had to figure out channel by channel. There's no signed in apps so you have to sign in with your own account if you want to watch. There was no sunday morning breakfast available? I wasn't expecting that so we had to go elsewhere. There's no phone in the room to call reception if you have a question? (or at least I didn't see one) The car park is tiny (bring a smaller car). Checkin dude didn't tell us what the wifi password was (we forgot to ask) - no info from checkin about the breakfast menu (or lack of), where to eat, in room service. no in room book to read with facilities etc. You just have to figure it all out yourself.

Mirror light wasn't working but this was no big deal. The shower floor was slightly problematic and water flowed out towards the toilet bowl and sink area which we preferred to keep dry. Also not an issue since we had so many towels to dry the floor off with.

They put us on a high floor away from the lobby. Fantastic room and super comfortable. A little noisy due to activities downstairs at the street level but we weren't bothered and slept really well. Great service by staff and they gave us extra hangers and cleaned our rooms when requested. Even topped up our free snacks supply which was a real bonus.

Surprised me that room housekeeping wanted to clean my room at 9:15 am on a Sunday morning - a bit early, and well before the checkout time (I was already staying another night to Monday). Also found it odd that I couldn't reach the switches for the bedside lighting from the bed (physically had to get out of bed to turn them off) - but that's a room design choice not easily fixed by staff.

Location was great - a few minutes walk to the main part of Surfers Paradise Beach, the Cavill Avenue shopping centre is across the road, and all the restaurants, bars and clubs you ever want. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Obvious signs of rusting on anything metal in the hotel, including around the lift area, but that's really just an aesthetic thing. Having to back out of the driveway (if not using the parking or getting dropped off by a friend as I was) was a little different. Overall, no huge issues.

Room was tastefully refurbished and had everything needed. Nice little balcony with view of water, pool and slingshot. Guy at reception was friendly and helpful. Good value for money given the very close proximity to cavill avenue when comparing with other hotels. Easy walk to everything happening.

The lifts are very old and worn but then you don't spend much time in them so not an issue :)

Location was excellent and so close to the beach, entertainment and eateries. Room was nice and very comfortable. The Hotel is not new but well maintained and has some great bars. The breakfast was good. It's order off the menu not buffet which was a bit of a different experience for me.

The location of the island is so perfect and central to everything happening in and around surfers🙌🏾went out for drinks on the rooftop which was such a vibe, the cocktails, all the cute servers, the pizza and the ability to order from our table was a slay, wish I’d know about the bottomless brunch hosted on Saturday mornings cause I’d have definitely been allllll over that !

It was noisy with balcony door open because the location is very central and there was a party nearby but once the door was closed the noise was blocked quite well.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was attractive and comfortable. Bathroom products were great! We ate twice downstairs - comfortable space, good food, fast service.

The only tiny thing was the wall mounted tv unfortunately blocks the aircon vent so the room didn’t really seem to stay cool overnight with the lack of airflow.

Absolutely loved the suite, perfect size for a getaway and the kitchen area and larger bathroom was definitely a bonus.
