The pillows were too soft without options for anyone who prefers firmer options. Crockery and glasses are located on shelves high above the kitchenette that a short person would have difficulty in reaching.

Stayed 4 nights in 10th floor apartment with two balconies with views of the Albert Park and the bay. The room was clean and modern with good working desk space, kitchenette and on site car parking. If you intend to cook any meals during your stay, you will need to request some pots and pans from housekeeping. Normally apartments of this size have laundry facilities either inside or on the same floor, not that we needed them during our stay and did not ask if they were available on site. If you do not intend to cook a meal there is an in house restaurant and bar as well as other facilities close by.

Lighting in room is poor and no guidance/information provided e.g which light switches work for what; how to operate the kitchen equipment and general information. However staff very helpful in answering queries. It was a bit strange to have to request to be supplied with pots and pans which weren’t in the room kitchenette.

It was a lovely stay, easy to make meals in room. Beds comfy, great location, everything we needed for a weeks stay. 2 big TV’s in our room and seperate areas for the beds was awesome

Lights built into the bed head emitted a low light which couldn't work out if it was possible to turn off. Would have liked some mini bar options.

*I needed to request a More Suitable room, as the one I was allocated on arrival was completely awful & unsuitable (rm 1101 if I recall) Heavy drapes needed to be closed for ANY privacy /not even sheer curtains against the glare of at least 500 prying eyes from the extremely close next door property. Horrible It was a slap in the face yet again for the solo female. The room was dark & small & dingy…& I had booked early in September *My room on some days could have been cleaner ( the dishes , the cutlery & fridge were cleaner when I left , than when I arrived because I cleaned them )
