No cookware provided even though the room had a pretty good kitchenette. Expensive parking, one does expect free parking with all the money they charge for rooms.

I have already shared that feedback after my first night stay there and I usually am quite laid back in my reviews, but nothing was done or said after my feedback therefore, here it goes again. We have stayed in 5 different hotels in Melbourne from southbank, to cbd and Collingwood. Here we are a bit further from the main attraction, yet we are paying more than all those previous stays. I would understand if there was a higher service, better rooms, location but we are highly disappointed as we feel we are paying just a lot of money for the view and the balcony. Other hotels, had a coffee machine, bigger beds, a nice looking shower and no carpet. Some had dishwasher and even a laundry machine, also with a balcony and a nice view. Other hotels as well had common areas to relax in, such as a bar, terrace, restaurant. pool or spa and gym. Therefore I cannot understand how we paid a much higher price than the others, while those were definitely better serviced hotels. I hope this helps you provide a higher service for the future guests. For the staff, I have no reviews.

I liked the view which was beautiful, you could watch the sunset. The balcony was also nice.

The reception area, especially the carpet seemed a bit unclean, and it was a real shame that the room next door (breakfast area, bar, restaurant?) appeared to be totally deserted and unused?

We liked the kitchen and the available equipment. The view from the room was nice, the beds comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the closeness to a tram station was convenient. The art decor on the walls stood out nicely.

We booked this place for the views! I paid for a high rise room with water views, however, all we got was side views of St Kilda, plus the room looked much much smaller than the photos. We paid a lot of money for this so I was quite disappointed with that. However, it was beautifully furnished and everything was quite modern, which was aesthetically pleasing :)

I stayed at the Kinson with my aunt for my birthday getaway pressie from her. Unfortunately, my aunt fell off a ladder and ended up having fractures in her leg so we had to reschedule. The gorgeous woman who took my call from Kinson, told me the new date would have my aunt and I staying on the same floor which didn't happen. My aunt didn't want to make a fuss but it made it a bit awkward when we needed to go to each other's room. The cleaning was excellent except for the smudges on the mirror above the couch which hadn't been cleaned and I moved the table to make room for my massage table because I was going to give my aunt a massage (I'm a remedial therapist) and there were chips or huge crumbs and the carpet was pretty messy with carpet fluff if that makes sense. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the linen was devine but the pillow was way too soft for me. My aunt told me the next day (today) that all the pillows were various densities. I thought maybe it would be nice to be told. It would have been nice and I'm not sure if it was because of covid, but to have nibbles in the room or to be informed that we needed to bring some. I also didn't receive the second parking ticket at the time of arrival after purchasing the parking which on making the booking, it didn't mention there was an extra $25 for parking to be paid. This was my first time in such a highly rated hotel and it was a bit disappointing. We will stay again as we vowed to make it a regular gorgeous get away. Thank you for having us and rescheduling our booking. It was a whirl wind stay and despite the above, I loved it.

Power points and lights that didn’t work which made the room dim. Hair on bathroom floor on arrival. White stains on curtains and dark stain on doona top sheet. Expected more for the price. Little touches like a chocolate on the towels would have increased the feeling of being welcomed as the arrival welcome was underwhelming.

The location of the property was convenient. The decor was nice. Staff were helpful.

Stayed for 3 nights requested the room to be cleaned only once on Sunday it wasn't rang and complained that the room was cleaned, got nothing but excuses no apology and was hung up on by staff member Beniot. Obtained the managers phone number Ms Kailin Flint rang and explained my situation to a voice recording haven't had any response, a distinct lack of care and responsibility for her guests. Have stayed there numerous times in the past will never stay there again.

Kitchen was not well equipped. We requested for a room with a view but was not given it (we had ask to change rooms at check-in). The front of house service was minimal. The lights in the room was confusing. The couch was small and not comfortable.

I am having to take my dispute to the ACCC as I was charged the incorrect fee for 1 nights accomodation, despite the detail receipt and invoice provided. I liasied directly with the company via booking.com as no email response was received. The responses were brief and not clear or helpful. Avoid.

Noisy lifts, especially in certain rooms, very understaffed so long delays on check in and no proper response from reception when I reported awful noise at 11pm at night, which it seems was a possibly old or malfunctioning lift issue.

Check in was incredibly slow, many people were waiting up to 20 minutes. Staff seemed to not know the process of checking in. Had to re-enter all my details even though they have them on file in the booking. Robes smelt of the last person who wore them so it was obvious they were not washed or cleaned which is disgusting! Very dark and hardly any lights.
