There were no instructions for the kitchen, I had trouble to get the stove working until the staff showed me where you have to switch on the electricity. You also have to request pots and pan from the reception. Our balcony view was towards the wall of the other building.

Spacious room with balcony and small kitchenette and basic amenities. Also a small dishwasher. Walking distance from the city, you can also take a tram. A small grocery store is across the street but they don't have all prices well shown and best before date of some products had already passed so I recommend to go to IGA a bit further away for better selection. Very friendly staff. Wifi works well.

Cleaning could have been better. Communication between reception and housekeeping could be better.

Expensive but good rooms, helpful staff. Could be cleaner. They could pay more attention to detail e.g. surfaces and cleaning mirrors and restocking items which was a hit or a miss at times. Also reception needs to do a better job at communicating with housekeeping. Nevertheless, I had a pleasant stay and will stay there again.

The room was spectacular. Very clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower and very hot water. Everything we needed in the room. Loved the balcony for fresh air and view of the city. The bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Off street parking with a discount.

Casting wasn’t any good and couldn’t switch the taps over to fill the bath so had to use shower head, and no control of air con, not sure if it was on or off or working at all.

Room was spacious, excellent balcony view, comfy and spacious bed & was amazing that we had a bath/shower because it meant we could relax our muscles after long days. The staff were friendly, respectful & really accommodating coming up to and during our stay.

Very noisy air conditioner, couldnt sleep with it on low at night. Brown stains on the shower towel, looked like fake tan stains.

Everything, a short tram trip to town, Fawlkner Park across the road, a pizza bar downstairs, friendly unobtrusive staff, no of available lifts, quiet even though so close to town,, excellent facilities in the room.

We arrived around 9 or 10pm night after having issues with another booking and the staff could not have been more wonderful. I rang ahead of booking to check if there was parking still available for us and the lady on the desk could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We had had a terrible few hours and she completely turned our trip around. Wonderful service, great facilities and a beautiful view from the balcony.

The spa bath was a nice touch in principle but not inviting - it looked old and was very stained.

The balcony door has a faulty latch and we got locked on the balcony without our phones. Luckily a man two floors below us was on the balcony too and called reception for us. We reported the incident and was advised it has happened before and they didn’t seem concerned about it. It was a scary experience for me and they really need to fix this or at least warn guests.
