Check in I have stayed here before and always a terrible check in when I finally got my code after sending my license through twice. There was an elderly woman also trying to check in no reception after 5pm ridiculous worst ever. If it wasn’t so hard at start it would have been a great stay. We had just driven 850 klm poring with rain and took an hour to check in

it would be helpful while checking in we will be told if it would be on the ground floor or second floor, will it be near the pool or restaurant. Is the room near the main road or not. Have to cut off the stay for 1 night as the person I'm looking after doesn't feel safe. I was not refunded for the day cancellation. I have to charge this to the person I'm looking after and this guy is under a centrelink pension which is not much.

I was a late check-in and a very early check out to catch a flight, so I am a bit loathe to provide feedback of a negative nature. I paid a really cheap price and got exactly what I expected which is fine, room close to the highway, adjacent to a bus shelter which people were using to get out of the elements, cohabiting with a high percentage of smokers outside their rooms and the little bit of extra noise that comes with that. However, the one thing that did annoy me was that I was unable to get access to the wifi no matter which device I tried or how many times I tried. Devices that work in every other hotel/motel or public wifi situation. Other than that, thumbs up.

The room had been recently renovated and they have made a big effort and done a great job to modernise what is obviously old infrastructure. Security was good, food options are available, modern bathroom, new air conditioner, bed was spacious and ok, etc and a bit of internal styling.

"Resort" seemed ambitious. It's more like a caravan park set amidst a bunch of car dealerships. It was a km or more walk to the nearest food, and that was just a pizza place (nothing else around). And the check in was a bit of a pain as there's no one there after late afternoon and I had to make a number of calls before I could connect with someone who could get me the key.

It's clean and comfortable and cheap.

I don't watch a lot of TV but when I travel I like to see local news. The tv wouldn't turn on. I moved to another room. 2nd room,...I couldn't turn the tv off, and i lost sound and the ability to change channels. Again I'm glad they weren't randy teenagers because I had nothing to drown that sound out 😕 O

I've stayed here several times, usually in the cabins. This time I stayed in the hotel type of suites. I was given a room which on first blush, I was really pleased with the look. And truly it was nice. But the walls are thin and people outside were quite noisy (it's the nature of the location..) my next door neighbour had a young child with her, and it took a while to settle him.... I'm not anti child at all, so this is not a complaint against them, but the walls are definitely not insulated for sound. I'm very glad they weren't randy teenagers, I'd go back but request a cabin unit, which is not that easy to do on the app. The staff are really nice.

This is not the resort fault but they were a drunk guys yelling and smashing stuff upstairs. Didn’t really want to get out of my room after that.

I was right down the back, didn’t like I had a spa bath as I had to climb into it to have a shower as I should of had a walk in shower as I’m not getting any younger
